Beware: Work is going to be PERFECT. Brought my 08 Dodge Sprinter 3500 in got new ball joints, tie rods, swapped out front tires for New commercial grade tires, and alignment. EVERYTHING WAAY BETTER THAN EXPECTED. For the type of work they do I'm amazed at pricing. I was really blessed by this business. If you know real cost of things; you can't do nothing but respect them, and I'm certain you'll be blessed also.

If I could give Jack and Jake 10 stars I would. Oddly enough, my car was illegally towed by my poorly managed apt. complex the other day. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise as Jack and Jake couldn't have been nicer! When I realized HIS towing also did automotive repairs, I asked what it would cost to replace a brake light bulb and they charged me a fraction of what the dealership or other garages were quoting as they knew I was having one of those days... Put simply they were so kind, very professional and made a frustrating situation great. There is a reason HIS has great reviews and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Jack and Jake! You guys are are gems that make the Greenville area "the jewel of the South."

Had to have a sensor replaced and they gave me a quote over the phone that we agreed on. The repair ended up being a smaller job and they called to let me know they were reducing the price. That's the way it ought to be and I'm thankful they're honest folks. They could have said nothing and I would paid more without batting an eye. Thank you for not overcharging and running an honest business!

Bought a car for our son from them and later found out that the odometer has been tampered with AND it was in several accidents and rebuilt. None of which was disclosed. They painted a picture that it was “the pastor’s grandson’s car”. We should have done more research, but very disappointing to find out these people are such crooks! Unbelievable. Stay away from them!
