Accepted the job, waited two days before they could begin work on the wheel. They left a message with the dealership saying it would be more expensive then originally quoted and would need to talk to me. I called twice and left a message with no response. If you don't want the job, be professional about it and tell me—stop wasting people's time. Edit: got a call a couple of hours after writing this post. They gave a higher price (which is fine), but couldn't service it for another 2 to 3 days. Needless to say having no car for almost a week wasn't an option for me. Getting same day service with someone else.

Man, this is the place to go! A curb snuck up on me and I thought it was gonna be a decent chunk in my bank account. It didn’t cost any more than filling up my gas tank twice. Joe was very professional and did miracle work on my rim. I would highly recommend!

$100 feels like a lot to weld up a small crack in my rim, but I'm sure that's pretty standard nowadays. Also, I caught that the wheel was not rebalanced afterwards, so they had go get that done after I arrived. The employee I worked with was very kind and helped me locate their shop/trailer (a little hard to find, tucked away behind some dealerships). Knocked it out in 1 day.

We came here today after my daughter avoided a car serving in her lane and hit the curb. I called and he got us in today. We spent $200 on new hubcaps from the Toyota dealership in Spartanburg. The dealership wouldn’t put the hubcaps on for fear of cracking them. Alloy and Rim repair lifted her car and made them fit! They spent their own time and refused to take money. He told us to tip his helper and we did. This place saved us!! We will tell everyone how great they are and come back again when needed!! Customer service like that is hard to find these days! 1000 stars!!

I recently had a run-in with a pothole that damaged my alloy wheels. I was in a bit of a panic, as I needed my car for work the next day. I called Joe at Alloy Wheel Repair, and he was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the same day. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the damage to my wheels and explained the different repair options available. He also gave me a fair estimate for the work. I opted to have Joe weld the cracks in my wheels. He did a great job, and my wheels look as good as new. I was very happy with the service I received from Joe, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any alloy wheels repaired.

Normally, a careful and mindful driver, I hit a curb and obliterated my wheel cover and dented my wheel rim. The folks at Goodyear recommended Joe at Alloy Wheel repair. I called him immediately, and he told me to come right over, same day, the day before a holiday. He was very thoughtful, considerate, and efficient throughout the whole process. He was also very nice to my dog, which gets him extra points. It was a lifesaver that he was willing to see me so quickly and fix the issue at a reasonable price point. Hands down the best wheel repair guy around. Fixed a bent front wheel and also redid a previous repair job and brought the wheels back to there original color.
