If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Anyone who claim these guys are honest must work there, the black guy with the accent is truly controlled by money and COMPLETELY dishonest. He overcharged my wife by a few hundred dollars, knowing she knew nothing about cars! STAY CLEAR OF THESE CROOKS UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING RIPPED OFF!!

Went back to my car for oil change (mobil 1 synthetic) after 25 mins. Saw the mechanic only throw 1 empty bottle into garbage bin. Check the garbage bin, I saw only 1 x mobil 1 synthetic oil bottle. I wasn't there the whole time, so I didn't say anything. After I get home, I checked the oil, the color is not yellow, still brownish color. I have been using mobile 1 synthetic oil for all my cars for 30 years, I checked the oil every time after change. All yellowish color, not brownish color. Just be there when they do the job, do not walk away,.

ABUSIVE PRACTICES . They do not even respond to this message that I left. My next step is they will be served with a lawsuit I just found out from mercedes benz dealership that they unplugged all the coils in my engine. DO NOT GO HERE ! THEY TRICKED AND LIED TO ME. They misdiagnosed my car three times and I spent $2900.00 in total to fix my car. The vehicle would stop running and break down in the street each time and each time I had to call triple AAA They tried three different procedures with parts and labor for the car. none of it worked . They told me that I needed a few different procedures none which was needed to have my car functional and start. I repeatedly tols them I need only the vechicle to start. Sold me unecessary parts and labor. Had nothing to do with the iasue as to why I was going there. Each time I was without a vehicle for multiple days. I finally took the vehicle to Mercedes and they fixed it for $500 and in two hours. This was by far the most horrible experience I have ever had with a mechanic. They took advantage of a bad situation and they refuse to get back to me and communicate with any valid resolution . I align with all the negative reviews on here
