Jose fixed the timing belt in my car in april of last year, it broke again 3 days ago. Every shop I have talked to said when you change a timing belt you change all the components with it, when I called Jose he informed me that he only changed the belt nothing more. He was unwilling to help me and told me and I quote " it is what it is". Never again will I go here. Paid him almost $500 a year ago now I have to pay someone else to refix the job properly that he half way fixed and hope there is no damage to my motor because he didn't do it right the first time.

I knew I needed to get my brakes done but planned on getting it done after my trip from Spokane to California but an hour out of Spokane my Honda started loosing power and stopped accelerating. I was concerned about my timing belt my transmission and everything else on my Honda Element. I managed to limp into Pasco and went to the this garage because I liked the name and two of the reviews. The shop was completely full and I was told I wouldn't be able to get my car serviced till tomorrow. I asked if they could at least plug it into the diagnostic machine so I would know what the issue was. The office manager talked to a mechanic and suddenly my car was next in line to be worked on. Turns out the mechanic was the owner of the shop. He heard my story about needing to be in California for work that day and made a decision to move some of his other jobs till the next day so he could get me on the road. 2&1/2 hours later I was on the road with all my issues fixed, thank you so much Pasco Automotive Services.

I've been taking my vehicles to Jose for the past 4 or 5 years now. The service and dedication of him and his mechanics has few parallels in the Tri-Cities. His concern is that you are back on the road affordably. Pasco Automotive Services came highly recommended to me by a friend in the automotive business. Pasco Automotive does not lie to you or try to price gouge you because you are a women. Jose will also tell you if he can not do it (happens rarely) and will recommend where to take it for that repair. I even took my Porsche to him. He said he hadn’t worked on Porsches, but he took it apart, checked the components and reassembled it; and it ran well after he replaced a couple of parts. I highly recommend Pasco Automotive, and have for over 10 years. Fair, honest, and timely!

I think this is the best service center in the Tri-Cities! I have had excellent results every time I have taken one of my vehicles in for service, they do an outstanding job, and the price is certainly fair! I VERY HIGHLY recommend them, as the owner is a former Ford certified technician, and he and his staff are all well skilled and very competent repair technicians! The best part is that they will not try to up-sell you on unneeded services, and they do stand behind their work! I have been through a lot of repair shops in town, and Pasco Automotive that I've finally settled on! I recommend them to everyone, and even have a few of their cards that I keep in my wallet to pass out, when someone asks for a recommendation! My whole family goes there, and many of my friends as well! Not the cleanest and most sparkling shop, but they know their stuff, they do it right, and they stand behind their work! They will also tell you when you are done, what they recommend, as well as what you may need to be concerned with in the future, which I think is the mark of a great auto shop! Try them, You'll like them!!!
