I’m usually NOT a Karen but today I will be. If I can give a zero I would. I went in to see if I can change my grill and it didn’t end up happing bc it didn’t fit. but they still took the front part off and some parts to see if it would fit. We had BOUGHT a front lip for my car 2 days prior to appointment and got installed by other people. Then my husband told me they had to take the lip off to get where they needed to and they put it back on. As I was driving back home I did NOT hit anything on the way there and I got off my car and I was just admiring it and then I see HALF OF MY FRONT LIP GONE. I then called them and asked what they could do about it and they said “we installed it just as it came” and I said so you guys can’t do anything about it? Again they said “we installed it just as it came” My thing is we drove it for 2 days nothing happend till we took it there. And my lip was 150$ and it’s gone now bc they didn’t do it right. ALSO they told me if I got the grill installed it would be 260$ ok that’s fine. But they didn’t end up installing it and STILL CHARGED ME 260$??? They didn’t even install it and yet still charged me 260? Like no at least half. Ridiculous.

Luis and his team did a fabulous job fixing one of our vans. They were very professional and did clean work. The rear end of the van was in pretty bad shape after an accident and they made it look brand new again. Awesome customer service!! I had paint restoration done on my 08’ Dodge Ram that was dented, scratched and major rust issues with the rim wheels. Truck looks brand new! Good price as well… they definitely are cheaper then any other shop out here in tri cities! I have recommended this work to a few people now and will continue to do so!

When I got into an accident and needed some repairs done all of the “other shops” were booked until 6/2023 or later. However I found a gem here with Quick Fix Auto - they got my car in the next day without any issues. On top of this the communication of the owner was convenient and easy so I knew all of the updates in real time. They got my vehicle back on the road promptly. The best experience I have had with a bodyshop. I was in an accident last month, desperately looking for a shop to repair my vehicle since I only have one to commute in my daily life. they had my car for a good 3 months to repair small damages in the front. Finally got the car back and noticed right away they did not connect everything back. Parts missing, broken and somehow placed in my trunk. After calling staff seemed like he had no clue what or how anything happened, I got a lot of “ummm, just a second.” Afterwards I had to lookup part numbers myself and figure out where they belonged as well. My splash guard is not even correctly on they left a big gap on one side. After receiving a call saying a part had arrived it wasn’t even the correct part. I usually don’t leave reviews but these guys, well I would just take your vehicle somewhere else. Definitely not going back and will just buy my broken pieces by myself. Wish I coulda leave no stars but I guess the dog they have roaming the lobby gets a star.

Honestly best body shop I have ever dealt with! They are super easy to work with, they got my car in and out so fast and made it look brand new. The before and after is so evident. Luis and his team repaired some damages I had to my bumper and now it looks like it was never there. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family.
