Fantastic service provider, honest evaluation for services, our home dealer basically lied to us, telling us we needed over $1500.00 worth of maintenance, so I brought it back to McCurley where we purchased the vehicle, they were very honest with us and stated these services were not yet needed. They should be completed at 90,000 miles, based on driving conditions and current appearance of the fluids. We will continue to drive the 90 minutes to get our service completed at McCurley instead of locally.

Parts Department really went out of their way to save the day and because Sales dropped the ball. Dennis and his guys went to work for my mother-in-law and got the parts we needed, even when the vendors were out of stock. They called around for a week or so and got it done. GREAT JOB! I highly recommend McCurley, they will take care of you and that's what I appreciate. They went above and beyond to get us squared away!

Scheduled an oil change and full detail of my Silverado on a Friday. When scheduled they explained it would probably not be ready to pick up till Saturday. I received a call Friday confirming it would not be ready till Saturday. Arrived Saturday morning to pick it up around 8:30AM and was told the truck needed to be picked up from detail shop. 15 minutes later received a call that for some reason my truck was held for a day but no one realized it was never actually detailed. Gave them two stars because at least the oil was changed (hopefully they didn't miss that and just reset the oil life). Probably going to look for another option for future service and detailing needs.

TLDR: Paid $400 plus tax for nothing. Super disappointed in my experience. Will not be visiting these guys again. Here was my experience: Called 3 weeks ago to make an appointment for (1) malfunctioning touch screen and (2) new key fob. Tony wouldn't give me any indication of the cost of either, but set up an appointment for diagnostics. He said I needed to talk with the parts department about the key fob, and he forwarded me. They said "around $275, but the service department needs to cut it and program it." I said "fine, thanks, I have an appointment set up." I dropped the car off yesterday morning, with no indication of how long they anticipated needing the car. I did mention that, while they have the vehicle, it also has a check-engine light that I'd like them to look into. So, $200 diagnostics fee for the touch screen, plus $200 diagnostics fee for the check engine light. Expensive, but I agreed. Tony called me back this morning and said that the check engine light is due to an injection imbalance and that they want to do $400 more in diagnostics to figure out the root cause. The topper: Neither the touch screen nor key fob are in stock and both will need ordered. Still no indication of the cost, but I would have an estimate when I come to pick up the car. Estimate for all is approx $4,500... And, it took them about 20 minutes to bring the car around. So, after all that, none of the things I asked them to fix have been fixed. Not even a 2nd key fob! I paid $400 plus tax to learn what I should have already known: Avoid dealership service centers. I should have just taken it to Tri-City Battery. Lesson learned.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you value transparency and Intergrity. Waited 6 months on them for a part for a recall. Scheduled a service to get it fixed. Had some AC issues so scheduled a diagnostic for the same day. Was told the service would be done by the end of the day, it was not. Come back the next day pick up the vehicle everything seems normal go to open our sunroof and for some reason suddenly won't open. Go back in and ask about what happened to the sunroof the associate Tim Marshall just passes the buck and gives us a generic response like he waa reading a script saying it's out of there hands. On top of everything else with this terrible experience Tim let's us know that the part for the recall we thought already got fixed that day, the whole reason we came in was on order and they would reach out to us when it came it. Nobody in the entire transaction with them told us that the recall service wasn't done. Why even schedule us to come in if the part we were waiting 6 months on still wasn't there?!!! Again Tim just passes the buck and blames it on personal issues rather then doing ANYTHING to help the situation. Went in with a broken AC and airbag recall, left with broken AC, airbag recall AND a broken sunroof. The company use to be called McCurly INTERGRITY Dealerships we see now why they lost the Intergrity.

Service department was quite helpful and courteous. Starting from the phone appointment to picking up my vehicle when repairs were completed, I found it to be a satisfactory experience. Nathan was especially, kind explaining the procedure answering my questions, and helping me to my car, safely. The complimentary shuttle was extremely convenient and helpful. The driver was very polite. They keep my rig running well, taking care of every need, timely. Thanks for the vacuuming and car wash, too.

Very good experience with the dealership. Joe Jorgensen (Service Advisor) did a great job of communicating the issues and what the followup service would entail.

You had my car for nearly four days for (1) an oil change and (2) a repair covered under a recent recall. My husband asked that you please ensure that the air filter was changed and to please *not* rotate the tires. Well, my tires were rotated and I'm including a picture of the air filter. This picture was taken within one hour of us picking up the car from *you*. (Edit) Now today, two days after I got my car back from you, I have a "low air pressure" message for my right rear tire. Guess what? After two trips to get air, I'm realizing that when you rotated my tires (which we asked you not to do) YOU DIDN'T BOTHER TO REPROGRAM THEM!

Joe and Edgar went above and beyond for my wife and I. Customer service was amazing. Hassle free from start to finish, definitely the most comfortable car buying experience I've ever had.

While everyone is polite; for the price of the work - 100% make sure you get the best mechanic to do even the simple stuff for the small positive bits. Things like resetting the seat or wiping down the steering wheel. Eddie is the guy we ask for. He's a chill dude who works quickly and isn't going to screw you. Dude is awesome.

They have had our work truck for over 2 months. Won't call back. My assistance should have went to GMC but went here instead. I would not buy anything from McCurley. They screwed me in 1990 on a car that was 1 year old the engine through a rod and it was 800 miles of factory warranty and they would not even fix it with my extended warranty.

They did a great job keeping me updated, I would say 5 stars but parts availability really slowed the repair. I think the parts availability is out of their control, they escalated it with GM as much as possible.

Jorge did a amazing job. He was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Im not a fan of dealerships, and normally do most my own vehicle work. I needed a TPMS sensor replaced on my 2017 Chevrolet Colorado and since I don't have the equipment to do it myself, I figured why not do my oil change and tire rotation at the same time? Plus, you sent me a coupon lol. Check-in was fast and easy, but after parking, and little to my knowledge, my battery died(Im sure it was the original and only later saw the "battery critically low" message on the Chevrolet App"). Jorge was able to borrow a jumper from a tech and get it serviced fast. He even walked to the lobby to tell me about the issue and go over pricing. The price was far and the additional repairs took half the time he stated. About the only thing I passed up was a new airfilter since I already had one at home. I also have the guarantee of having OEM parts and a comfort knowing it was done by professionals.
