Great shop. Honest people, they do good work, and are extremely courteous. I had an issue with my transmission and they did all the legwork getting the warranty on it figured out and have fixed several flats on my fiancé’s and my car for free. They offer to give you a ride to work/home if you have to leave your car there for an extended period of time.

Went there to get my brakes replaced and oil change. I ended up needing new roators and brakes along with my oil change and new wiper blades. I took it home and the new brakes were making sound. So i took it back to them the next business day and they replaced the brakes and fixed the issue. Thank you guys for your hard work and making my car safe to drive. You guys helped me keep my babies and myself safe in my car. I greatly apperciate it.

My tire pressure system kept going off one evening. The next morning, I took it to Pat's and I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. Amazing. They greeted me immediately and took a look at every single tire before airing up the one that was running a little low. All the guys working were professional and courteous, which really is rare these days! Thank you guys - I know where i'll be taking my car next time it needs service. Updated Review 7/20/2020 - I've taken my car here twice now - once for new tires and most recently for an oil change and filter replacements. Still the most friendly and polite service of any auto service place I've been to anywhere. Sam and Carla are awesome. Thanks, guys!

My experience with Pat’s was nothing short of exceptional. I had a screw in one of my tires and they worked me in quickly and had the repair done a couple of hours later. The level of professionalism they showed is really rare and their work was top quality. I’ll definitely start coming here for all my car related needs in the future!

This place works with SSVF to repair mechanical issues for veterans according to SSVF guidelines and approval they provide transportation where you need to go once you drop off your vehicle AND pick you up and take you back to get the vehicle once repairs are done. I've never had service that felt so personalized because not just any staff member handled my repair from the time I walked through the door for the first time until my repairs were completed. Every call every detail was directed straight to the same gentleman and he kept me up on every step of the process and was eager to get it done. Probably some of the best customer service I've ever experienced I definitely felt like my vehicle was a priority even though it looked like every bay was filled with vehicles as if they were swamped. And the repairs didn't take that much time. I highly recommend this place. The smiles and good attitude among the staff was very apparent and genuine.

Third time I've used them -- they're three blocks from the apartment. In December, they fixed a bunch of stuff in less than 8 hours and charged me half of what the dealership would have charged, and they communicated with me every time there was an issue. Today, they fixed two things that were basically wear-and-tear, and thanked me for my patronage without charging me. Hospitable, friendly, fair, trustworthy, professional, prompt -- not words I typically use with a car repair joint, but I'll be damned if they don't give me hope for humanity.

Pat's Tire and Auto in downtown OKC (Goodyear) is amazing! I have been in to their center for multiple issues on our cars, and they always treat us well. They are up front with their diagnostics, and their costs are affordable. They really do go the extra mile in customer service. They even offer rides to and from my work when my car is being serviced. They recently repaired a flat tire on my wife's SUV at no charge! Absolutely good people. I highly recommend them!

Called and asked for a labor price for a 6q oil change, and the pf63 filter would be. They proceeded to tell me that they refused to use my oil or parts because of warranty reasons bull crap and a lie, so your telling me the chevy dealership will do it, but you won't! I spent 10 years in the dealership world. Anyone who says they won't use your brand new oem parts or oil, you should steer clear. 150 for the oil change, lol 😆 😂. I bought the oil and filter oem at Walmart for less than 50, went to David Stanly Chevy, and they only charged my 15 in labor with no rotation! I would never ever bring my car here ever! From everything I can tell they are overcharging by 75 to 90 dollars per oil change. I'd be scared to know what people with diesels pay for the oil change and filter. I'm surprised they are still in business honestly!

I live Downtown and I broke down less than a 1/2 mile from my house. I had to have my car towed to Pat’s after hours. I’m a single girl so all the stereotypical issues that sometimes happen at a mechanic shop, didn’t happen here! Dan was super nice and explained everything to me, he kept me updated on what was going on and he had my car back to me by the promise date, plus I found out that my warranty is nation wide. That was a plus for me!

They wanted me to bring the vehicle on a specific day, so that thier master mechanic will be available. Kept the car for the full day (only did the oil change) and just said they could not get to it. This happened on TWO seperate days. Unacceptable!

Would not hold up warranty on my son truck alignment after 3 weeks. Little disappointed because we choose that place by recommendation.

After a week of shopping around for new tires, I should've come here first! The team is incredibly knowledgeable, their prices are beyond reasonable, and the service consistently exceeds expectations. This local shop has been a staple in OKC for years, and it’s easy to see why. Highly recommend them if you're looking for top-notch service with a personal touch. Thanks again, guys!

Have been going for five years for oil change. Have never gotten out in under 4 hours (always leave it there and come back). They want me to have it there when they open at 7. Today 10 hours. Nice guys. Terrible service.

I was in OKC for work when I got a flat tire. It was late. I was alone in an unfamiliar town. Storms were rolling in and I was stuck. I was able to get the spare (the donut) put on to get me to the place I was staying for the night but really needed to get repair/replacement to get home safely to Tulsa. The next morning I arrived to Pat’s downtown location early in hopes that they took walk-in/ and noted that their garage looked overflowing. I was becoming discouraged. So, I quickly made an appointment with a national chain shop just in case this local spot couldn’t help me. When Tony opened up the shop, he let me know that it didn’t look like they would be able to fit me in but they would give it a try. Try they did! I cancelled with the big shop and stuck with the guys at Pat’s. A few hours later, they called to say my tire was fixed and ready to be put back on. When I arrived, it became apparent that some additional parts were going to be needed and again I was told it might not happen until the next day. They worked so hard to get parts brought over late in the day and had me out the door and on my way home to Tulsa. I can’t begin to say enough good things about Pat’s. All staff members from the front desk, to shop guys and the manager were respectful, forthcoming, hard working. Their prices were comparable if not better than the big shops. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. They kept me posted all along the way in spite of knowing I was from out of town and most likely not going to be a long term customer. It made me wish we had a Pat’s in Tulsa. They would be my shop of choice, for sure. By they way, I wasn’t the only one raving about this shop as several customers were singing their praises as well. So, it was just happenstance for me that day. It’s good business skills. Thank’s Pat’s!

I found Toms tire to have poor communication, high prices and no solutions. Spent $750 on inner tie rods and alignment, drove the truck to work the next day. Steering was loose, unresponsive and pulling to the right. There were no steering issues before toms repairs. Brought the issue to their attention and the owner Steve said he would follow up with me on Monday. That did not happen. So now I’m forced to pay another shop to do the same work I’ve already paid for. Wasted 5 trips to their shop and $500

I called in a panic, as an out of towner, with low tire pressure showing up on my new car’s computer. I appreciate how kind Ernie was in checking the pressure on my tires and helping me figure out how to reset the car computer. And, no charge. Thank you for giving me confidence to get back on the road home!
