Nice place, high end kinda prices for the wallet but if they got what you want then they will get paid. Knowledgeable employees who are good with your cars an mind your paint job, I highly recommend them for all your tire needs anything from aftermarket tires and rims to fixing a flat this is where I would suggest you go. I usually go to their Bloomington location but when I found out I needed a transfer case they said it was out of their purview and sent me to the university location. They did the t case but it was still making noise so they also did the rear differential and the front axles. Because after t case and rear diff it was making noise when turning so they replaced both front axles there was also an issue with the rear abs sensor don't know how that happened but again they made it right. And did all of this for original quote ( which by the way was considerably less than anywhere else.) It did take a few days to get everything done but they had customer satisfaction foremost in their minds I've been a customer for a long time and will continue to go there. They are extremely reasonably priced and their dedication to customer satisfaction is above and beyond. Lazar is great and they are dedicated to making sure you leave happy while also saving you a lot of money. If I wasn't already a customer for life I am now..VERY PLEASED.

If you have any problems with your tires, this is the go to stop! Was able to bring my car in this afternoon because my front right tire kept losing air pressure. Workers were welcoming and very easy, took only 15 minutes! They found the issue which was a nail, and got it fixed for an affordable cost. Will be coming back again in the future for tire services.

Horrible service, dude that's at the desk has a bad attitude when talking to customers. Came there to do some work on one tire and they took forever and didn't get it done. Had to come back another day for them to finally get it done. Pay good attention to these guys when dealing with them, take pics of your tires and all necessary information. So you don't become a victim like me. I have to get new tires now, cause I didn't take down my tires information.

A place to fix your bad tyres and wheel balancing. I didn't spend a lot of time here, so I can't give a specific review but the Customer Service attendance is good and with the quotation I was given for my tyres, their price are affordable. This place is located along University Avenue.

The owner and mechanics are extremely fair and honest. Another shop said I needed certain expensive items repaired, and Pay Less’s mechanic explained why I did not need the repairs and they found the real issue and fixed it for much less cost. Now all of my family members bring our vehicles here. I highly recommend them for not just tires but general vehicle repairs as well. Updated: I dropped my son’s car off today, 8/15/25, they did a tuneup and changed the oil. I was charged the quoted price which was very reasonable. I still recommend this place to all friends and family members. Everyone tells me that the prices and work that was performed are excellent, and they were treated very well by staff.

Got my tires change brand new July and now it’s October only a little bit over three months. The owner said the tire is 55,000 miles factory warranty and 5000 miles store warranty. Tires are already Worn out and are getting ready to get replaced again. Only have been over a little three months under 5000 miles, but Owner refuse the warranty and saying that it’s because of the alignment. Not recommended this place bunch of BS. And they seem very cool when before getting service done.

Pay Less Tires is a gift to people who are desperate for an honest deal in the world of cars/tire shops. The price that I got for four good tires was 300 dollars LESS than a competitor. On top of which, I was given a 50k mile guarantee on the tires, with a FREE rotation every 5k miles! There was very little wait time. I was in and out within a couple of hours. The customer service was excellent , and knowledgeable. Thank you Rya and Jimmy! I will be back.
