No more making appointment at the big auto name shop then wait 5 hours for one diagnostic then 2 days repair time and bad communications... these guys do it better and faster!

I took my husband's car to this shop to get new brake pads, a new caliper, and rotors changed. Their prices were a fair price compared to other shops I've called. We called them and they only had 2 cars ahead of us if we took our car there asap. So, we did. And they were able to do everything the same day within 1 hr & 30 mins. Which was super nice! I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

These guys are Awesome!!! They're so helpful and nice over the phone! They were patient with ally questions and multiple phone calls! Got me in same day and fixed the gear box on my Yukon a few weeks ago and did an Excellent job! I had to go back today for brakes and rotors, and once again they got me right in for same day work!! This is a huge help and super convenient location! Recommend this shop for sure!! Thanks to all who work there! Your work is appreciated!!

Had a random front axle/joint issue on my older Kia that left me unable to pull out of the alley this morning. A neighbor had recently recommended Asian Auto after a good experience, so thought I’d give them a try since I knew they were reopened recently with new ownership. Steve and the crew at Asian Auto were honest about what should be done, could eventually be done, and even gave me recommendations for other shops for the few things they can’t handle in house. They got the work done that day at a great price and got my old vehicle moving safely again. Thankful to have found a new mechanic who is local to me in the heart of the east side!

!!!!!If you wanna be robbed right in your face come here!!!!! I deposited all my trust in them but I paying the price of my mistake lately They lack of comun sense honesty and reliability just care about money not to making sure you get quality for what you paying specially if you paying the high price what they charge you (Power steering leak problem) little more then $800 dlls is not cheap but he (mechanic) told me is the hose or the pump BUT NEVER BOTH GET BAD..... either or is around $400 but NOT BOTH and take 24 to 36 hours you come get it..ok I trust them and leave the car ...was like 9-20am..and left.....1 hour before close he call..the car is ready...oh that is fast like any costumer be happy for fast service...but but but ...in the market I understand any company inflate labour intensity to justify price it's ok but at least make sure is quality!!!!!! Well pick it up before close...guess what....they charge me the $800 for both...well I paid...it was erring noice when car running and ask why...he said noice go away in less than a week is normal...ok I left believed they are good specially are honest ife goes on...I move out of MN.... guess what...noice stay I ask why I check it was low in liquid which I fill cos could be air in the line remaining still normal..2 weeks go by and check and low again....what? So I check myself I take my time slowly making sure all well one other line was leaking too (which means they don't consciously make a good diagnostic to charge you only what is fair and right) now supposedly "they change pump and hose right?" Well some how the STRIP THE BOLT it cos is a leak in that pump bolt so can't be tightened so can't be removed I check all the process so now I have to buy those parts again and replace them again!!! Any business don't have to check and make sure they do it right? Well they don't Risk: bad job like that when you take a turn and can't turn the wheel in a trip long trip even city roads can end crashing cos u not expect it at all to fail ...so hard to trust this shop so use it on your own risk ...too sad they disappoint

Clutch went out on my car and not only were they available for me to get it towed there, they had a recommendation of a private tow company to get it there faster! Very clear about pricing and since they were able to get the parts quicker than expected, car was fixed in no time! They obviously know what they are doing with manual transmissions as it’s a dream to drive now.

Do not go here! If I could give them a minus 10 I would. Supposedly, according to them I needed a transmission. I had them put when in. I was desperate. They overcharged me by probably $1500. I didn't know that until I showed the bill to my current honest mechanic. The transmission they put in has gone out. It's only been 2 years!

The 8-5 M-F schedule can be a little inconvenient if you work 9-5, and it’s pretty much first come first serve here. But they’re super friendly, know their stuff, and their prices are great. First came here for a transmission fluid change, and their price beat the name brand places by over $100 (only $123, compared to the $275 I was quoted). The mechanic said the engine was running fine, but he could hear the wheel bearing on the front right side. Not even a month later, my check engine light came on for that issue, and I was able to fix it with my dad at home. I came back a few months later for another check engine light issue, this time the solenoid. Only $225 for parts & labor, and he gave me the solenoid that Midas had put in the year before to keep. (Midas, why did the $700 solenoid fix only last 1yr?) Most recently, I came for an oil change. Oh, and I appreciate that they’ve let me walk in with my dogs, even though their lobby is small / cozy.
