I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and a tune up. The guy said he was the owner of the shop. Said he would oversee the work on my car himself. They charged me $375.!!!!!! The next day my oil light came on, I opened the hood of my car and found oil ALL OVER my motor, and NO OIL CAP!!! I called right away, they denied my complaint, he claimed to put the cap on himself! If I had the money I would have brought them to court

They came through when I was in a bind. Car was stopping on me repeatedly and I was fortunate enough to be able to pull over into a parking lo.t Just happened to be right next to Lovicta and I walked inside to see if they could take a look. Victor came out took a look and after a while informed me that I had issues with my throttle body. We got a replacement ordered up and I my car was up and ruining the next day. Service was fast and friendly. Two weeks later it's still working well and I am fortunate things went badly when and where they did.

I took my car in because of rattling under the hood, it was a simple fix and I wasn't even charged for the service. Differently taking my car back for any future repair!!! Update 3/24: My air conditioner in my truck had gone out and I'm trying to miss the summer rush. They not only fixed it, but I was kept in the loop about the entire process. I was sent detailed information about parts, labor, and the estimated cost. I will differently be going back for any future car problems!! Update2: 5/25: I will go this shop with all car problems!! I truly appreciate the professionalism and honesty they've provided me!!

Been coming here for oil changes, but I came in to get my brakes fixed, it costed around $300 and then I had to come back because it was still squeaky and shaky, turns out the mechanic missed a few things and it costed me another $40 to fix. I also had them replace a rear engine mount for $330, took it for a test drive after and told them the engine sounds louder than its ever been before. They said it was the brakes and that the sound will go away. It was not. I took it to another shop and they said the engine was touching the body of the car. They keep making mistakes. Wouldn’t come here for anything but an oil change.

Paid them to press in and out a bearing on a spindle. I had the spindle out of the vehicle and since I don’t have a press I had to take it somewhere. Pressing in and out a bearing should only take about 30-45 min. Took them almost two hours to reinstall the bearing. They didn’t install it correctly forgot my brake shield and ruined the bearing. There was some substantial pound marks like they used a hammer which would be incorrect. They then argued with me about that the hub was bad which they never mentioned until I return due to the bad bearing. The hub has nothing to do with a bearing being destroyed while being installed unless not supported. I had to purchase a new bearing myself. They would not buy a new one for me and they still will not admit fault. Don’t go there. They’re only there to take your money. Edit 1-29-24 I fixed it by pressing a new bearing in myself. Goes to show how much you guys know. Very little. You’re not fooling anyone by saying “you never got work done here!” It’s not the issue that you guys don’t know what you’re doing it’s that you take money from people who need help screw it up and blame them without correcting it. You are a solid example of why people don’t trust mechanics. Update 8/19/25 Lol you’re not fooling anyone. There’s a reason why auto parts stores don’t do business with you. It’d be better to just say sorry and let it be that but you continue to act like “you” are not the problem. And yes I did repair because although I do not work automotive I am an are certified technician.

I have had my cars serviced multiple times over the past couple years at Lovicta Auto Repair and have been very pleased with the quality of work every time. Most recently they removed my snow tires and mounted & balanced my summer tires. The technician showed how the summer tires had been wearing unevenly, so I was able to also have an alignment done such that the tires wear correctly in the future. Prices for service are very good and the quality of work is also very good. I highly recommend Lovicta Auto Repair for your auto servicing needs.

Stay away from this place those guys are thieves and Evil ,I brought my car in for inspection with no fault ,they cut my caliper brake fluid hose so I can get it fixed and acted like my car was broken when I came in there but they didn’t know I had proof ,I called the cops for them to review the footage of that place but they said is a civil matter I end up towing my vehicle to somewhere else for them to repair the damages they caused,They are Scammers in disguise.and from this day the evil this people did to me will rain curses on them

Lovicia Put a new engine in my truck. The best price I found. very honest. Did not replace the starter when a different company said it needed a starter. Very friendly, I would highly recommend them
