I went here awhile back and I've been on the fence posting for a long while but I just had to. My car wouldn't start--looked like the battery, and then when I jumped it, it wouldn't hold an idle. I had it towed here because it's close and I get a 10% discount on labor because I'm a mover of AAA. I dropped it off and heard back I'm a short while that they had charged the battery and tested it and that wasn't the problem. Unfortunately the idling problem was due to the IAC(idle air control) valve, they told me. They then told me that it would cost about $450 to repair total. I said I would have to think about it as my old Jeep is only worth 1500$ and sometimes things go out on it and I didn't want to keep getting nickel and dimed. They said they would hold it for me while I figured out what I was going to do. In the mean time I rented a car to get around and proceeded to car shop. A day later I stopped in to pay for the assessment and the battery test. That was about 150$-200$. Probably 50$ more expensive than last place I've been. I again and again told the person both on the phone and while I was paying that I rented a car so I could get around and that I was shopping for a new mode of transport. But it wasn't until I had left the building and was grabbing my stuff out of my car and about to leave that the owner of the shop(he also took my payment) walked out to me and informed me for the first time that MY CAR RAN FINE. That the IAC valve was faulty but they got it working--it would EVENTUALLY need to be replaced. I was steaming but he had walked away quick. I wasted money on a rental. I wasted time shopping for a new car. That was about 1 year ago. Just recently my IAC valve acted up on me again. I found one online for 5$. The most expensive one online is 45$. It was easily accessible and had two screws out, pulled the old one out and put the new one on, and put two screws in, and done. Presto. 5 minutes of labor from someone who doesn't know a thing about cars. And a 5$ part. These guys don't care about you. Go anywhere else. MILLERS on Ramdolph is great, so is the BP service station Randolph and Snelling. These guys charge 50$ extra just for an eval. 149$.

Called and asked if I could get an estimate for the suspension on my car. They gave me a price and I dropped of my vehicle. They then called me and told me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and gave me a list of items wrong with my car. No prices no estimate. I was then told in order for me to get the estimate that I was requesting originally I would have to pay for a diagnostic. Do not bring your car here they are scam artists. One star very ghetto would not recommend.

We brought our car to the dealership multiple times for leaking tires and each time they said nothing was wrong. The tires continued to leak, so we tried Marshall Cretin Autocare. They re-sealed the leaking tires and patched on with a nail in it that they found. They were really nice to work with, on time and affordable. Leaks no more! We'll be going back.
