This shop has costed me thousands of dollars, I returned and asked about warranties on various trucks they worked on of ours on separate occasions. They claimed they never touched anything, while I had a receipt in hand. I will never recommend this business to anyone ever again.

All of the mechanics were down to earth and interested in doing what was best for me. I got slammed with major repairs and the friendly, experienced staff worked diligently to get my truck back on the road for a fair price. Thanks guys!

I sent one of my drivers to fix a airline hose. They did it for us but they wouldn’t accept EFS for payment. They wanted a credit card. I gave them my credit card over the phone. Next day I’m seeing my credit with stuff being bought online. They will steel ur money. DONT USE A CREDIT CARD WITH THEM. BE CAREFUL PPL.

Great drinks amazing food. You don't need to know Spanish, just look at the pictures on the menu. Oooooops, this was posted in the wrong location. The pics are from La Justina in Tijuana, Mexico. I have never been to Diesel Dogs. I'm surprised no one found this helpful 😂😂😂 Sorry!!!

What an awful experience. I came in because the battery cables jumped off the battery and reset my computer. Computer was fine, just needed new battery cables. I told them all this when I brought it in. It was an easy job so it was ready later that day. Quick turnaround for a diesel mechanic! I asked if they would also change the oil while I was in there. They said yes. When I got the bus back home there was oil all over the pan. I wiped it down assuming they just forgot to clean up. Next day I went for a drive. When I parked there was oil all over the pan again. It was leaking from the filter. I dont have a filter wrench so I brought it back. I told them I would like a refund on the labor for the oil change since it was clearly sub par. They said no. They called I to question whether or not there was a leak in the first place. I have pictures. I asked if they would pay me for my time, since I had to take time off from freelancing to drive down and back. They only paid me for half my time. Fine. Better than nothing. When I get back home I look down there. Oil once again. It was leaking now from the oil nut. How do you not tighten an oil nut enough? Whatever. I tightened it up. Fast forward to the next day or so. I drive a few hundred miles. All in one shot. I park and sit a while. Now the bus won't even start. I figure they probably used the wrong oil filter. There's a check valve issue when you use an OEM filter with an after market mount. Sure enough I looked up the part number for the filter and cap. They used a filter incompatible with a spring style post (which I have). After towing it to a mechanic and having them replace the filter it starts again, and runs fine. Edit: reply to the owner's response: Yes, that's right. You used a factory part with an aftermarket mount. That was the entire problem! All you had to do was reference the part number on the mount (or notice the big fat spring post you had to fit the filter around). I had a bad enough time defending the fact that there even WAS an oil leak (which I have photos of) to you and your entire team when I came back to the shop for you to fix it. Like, what is this? The Spanish Inquisition? I'll pass on working with your "customer service department" to "find a solution", which is probably just you on your high horse/ office chair requiring a full inquisition for you to pay for HALF the oil filter I had to replace yours with and none of the towing fees or labor involved in fixing your ridiculous mistake. Your shop is the reason I started doing all routine maintenance myself. So congratulations for "teaching someone to fish".

Charged me $210 to do literally nothing other than let my truck sit in their garage until it was warm enough to start it. They did NO work to it, at all. $210? Really? I told them I wanted them to install a block heater to prevent the motor from freezing up in cold temperatures, their response: "No, just leave your truck running for days while it's cold" Seriously?? You guys blow. I took it to another shop, they changed out the glow plugs and now the truck starts right away with no issues in freezing weather. Thanks for the rip off!

Took my duramax truck in for some issues with oil pressure and a coolant leak. Oil pressure gauge was extremely sporadic when it came to temp dinging and sending warnings. I was called later that day and told they found a leak and would fix the coolant issue. Called the next day to find out status and they were looking into the oil pressure issue. Heard nothing back. Called the next day sleeping slightly annoyed I hadn't been contacted and they said they had checked all wiring and they couldn't find the oil pressure issue. Like I said Prior to bringing it in the gauge had been really acting up after truck came to temp. They checked all connections and probably fixed it with those checks. So many electronic parts hopefully just a loose wire. I was very very happy with their honesty. Slightly annoyed with no call back and the bill being higher than initially quoted but some of that was my fault due to some bad advice of using a mechanic in a bottle. Overall an ok experience probably a 2 of 5 for communication and a 4.75 of 5 for honesty.

I called Diesel Dogs on a Saturday morning needing a load of diesel right away and I was really impressed that someone actually answered the phone. Within 4 hrs, the load of diesel was delivered. My usual diesel supplier is different to contact during normal hours and impossible to reach during the weekend. Because of this, I've switched to Diesel Dogs for when I need diesel. Friendly people and great service.

I had an emergency with a botched overnight axle shaft ujoint replacement at a different shop and needed my truck back that day. I brought the axle shaft in and diesel dogs got right to work. They fixed both yokes, installed the ujoint, gave me tips on how to do the repair the right way, and sent me on my way for a phenomenal price. Diesel dogs saved the day and got me rolling down the road again. I will recommend these gentlemen to anyone and everyone!

Last may my truck broke down and I had 2 days to Make the Canadian border as my son passed away. Distraught for time as I was traveling from NC my truck looses power. It was in the evening and everything was closed. I searched through the directory and left a few voicemail messages. The ONLY one to call me the following day at 5:30 am was Deisel Dogs! I shared my situation and within an hour a flat bed arrives and takes my truck to get serviced. I was more than greatful! They called to share the diagnosis and I approved the service. By 11 am they were back at my hotel, helped me hook the UHaul back up and helped me put my luggage in the back! I was back on the road again and made my border entry. I can't say enough about my experience and how well they looked after me! Forever indebted. Thank you so much and apologies for the year late response! Robyne Garton
