I took my Nissan Titan here and they did an amazing job!!! They communicated great with me and when I went to pick my vehicle up they cleaned the inside and tires, and I didn't even ask them to do that! The fact that they went above what I asked them to do shows me that they care about customer service! The gentleman that works at the front desk was very kind and had great customer service! Thank y'all so much! I have never been to a better mechanic shop!

Had them go through a 6L80 Transmission in a newer GM Pickup that had a failing torque converter (common issue). They finished ahead of schedule and came in under the quote that was initially provided. Roger knows his stuff and his prices are very fair. 10/10

This used to be my favorite transmission shop but today I found out they quit working on transmissions that are not in the vehicle. Super inconvenient if your into building projects like I am. I'm sure they still build good transmissions but most of my projects can't be driven to their shop for the removal and replacement. I asked for recommendations for shops that still do it and he just told me to call around.

I did some searching online and decided on taking my Honda to Payless based on these reviews and I’m glad I did. The price they quoted me was on point and my car is running like a champ now. I called around the their prices were the most reasonable. It takes a little while to get your car in but that’s the case with everyone I called. My car was ready In 7 days. They even cleaned my tires and made them nice and shiny just to be nice.

So far so good, just made an appointment for Monday and the price is reasonable and I was sold on the 2 year warranty that comes with it. Let's me know they stand behind their work. Will be back to finish my review after the work is done! UPDATE 3/23/2023 Just got it back a day and a half early from the time estimate I was given! They also cleaned the throttle body and changed my air filter and it idles better now, and free of charge for that service! Highly recommend this shop and glad I did my research on transmission shops and found this place. Will be coming back soon for our other trucks transmission!

Roger replaced our 2017 Yukon transmission right before the Christmas Holiday 2022 and it's been running perfectly ever since. The dealer had a MUCH higher estimate and told me 60-90 days to get the parts, schedule the work, complete the job, etc... Not to mention the cost I would incur to rent a car all of that time, ridiculous. Roger had the transmission IN STOCK (the dealer did not have the transmission in stock.. why not?) and gave me an estimate of 1 week to complete the work. Two days later he called and the work was done! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I highly recommend Payless!

Roger and his team rebuild my transmission on my 2014 Buick. Natalie did he do my transmission he also made a radiator hose connector with 3 hoses. They don't make parts for my car anymore due to covid. My transmission runs better than it ever did with the new shift kit! I know there's five stars but this team deserves 10!
