I started at the Clovis shop, they were great a few weeks later I arranged to get my truck repaired and dropped it off in Clovis. I was called soon afterward informed it would be moved to a larger shop on auto center drive in Fresno and I had no problem with the move. I got several texts on the progress and than the call that it would be ready and they could let me pick it up in Clovis if I chose to do so. I elected to pick it up that night where they did the repair and I paid my deductible and was on my way. From my perspective Sean and his team treated me excellent from start to finish.

Had a great experience here you’re gonna see another review of a guy you guys look for him he says they do bad work here. But then at another caliber collision, they said it was awesome. It’s the same company and they do great work at all locations thank you for fixing my ram 1500.

The repair job on my Honda Civic was 5 stars. Excellent quality and completed in 3 business days. However, my key fob was returned to me damaged, cracked in half and taped together. The associate who handed my key back to me inquired with the shop (after I immediately asked him to the second I saw the key fob) and stated “that’s how the keys were dropped off.” I’m not happy about that, and now need to get my key fob repaired likely at the Honda Service Center which is another hassle. Also, my drivers side window controls were damaged by an associate. The enamel has been chipped or eaten away somehow. Looks to me to be an acidic or basic chemical substance I’d wager from a soiled finger. Thankfully this car is only a base model Civic sedan that’s pretty old . I do not trust this business enough to bring my expensive automobiles to be serviced here- I would strongly caution others to do the same. (And god forbid I’m involved in another MVA in Fresno) Front office staff and adjuster that estimated damages for my car was friendly though. Nothing bad to say on that front. EDIT: I contacted Caliber Collision with the information requested in the comment to my review- they never replied or followed up with me. Disappointing.

Came in for an estimate, price was reasonable. Customer service was great, the receptionist anecia was awesome, asked if we needed any water, coffee or popcorn, I thought that was nice. Our tech Sean came out in time and gave us an estimate within 25 min. I would definitely recommend.

So brought my care here to caliber collision auto drive and they are amazing people there. They kept me updated on how things were going with my car. staff up front were very friendly and kind. Andrew was amazing. Kept me update with emails phone call. They did an amazing job on my car. Would recommend you to bring your car here if you ever need any work done. Very satisfied and happy with the quality work they did.

I dropped off my Subaru EV at the beginning of February, and Caliber Collision had my vehicle for 32 days. When I picked it up and was driving home, the steering wheel locked up while I was making a hard right turn, and I nearly crashed. This is an issue I specifically brought up multiple times with Sean when I initially dropped off the vehicle. I don’t understand how this problem was not identified during the test drive by your mechanics. I spoke with Frank almost two weeks ago about having the vehicle towed back to Caliber Collision, arranging for another rental, and ensuring the car is repaired properly. Since returning my vehicle, neither Frank nor Sean has contacted me with any updates on the status of the repair. The lack of communication throughout this process has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect timely updates and transparency regarding the status of my vehicle.

I brought my car here for repair services and am pleased with the great customer service. Since my initial contact, everyone has been very responsive and informative of the process. The receptionist Anecia and Yareny have great customer service. They have been very helpful, communicative and friendly over the phone and during my in person visits. A nice plus is the complimentary water, coffee and popcorn in the office while waiting.

5 STAR 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 Caliber Collision has made the steps to repairing my vehicle less complicated and has put my mind as ease. Their staffs are very friendly, flexible of working with you and always have the answer to any questions you have when dropping off and picking up your vehicle. Adolfo was a patient and friendly professional representative that had helped me and was very brief about the estimate of my vehicle when I brought it in. He was the one who'd helped me and communicate to me with everything about my vehicle throughout the repair. When estimating the time for leaving my car at their shop to get repaired they told me at least 2 weeks. But to my surprise, they finished repairing my car within that same week. I dropped my car off on Monday and was fixed/ready for pick up on Friday. Love this experience and I am highly satisfied. Most importantly, I appreciate Caliber Collision for having such an amazing staffs to helping their customers and getting them back to the rhythm of their life's. AWESOME WORK AND THANK YOU!!

Repair was not done correctly I still can’t believe my insurance that I pay for sent us HERE. beware of the way they get reviews. Office manager couldn’t even connect me to the GM run around from both managers I had concerns that were not taken care of. To think my insurance trusted this place for a repair is beyond me. I’m still very upset and I will not recommend this shop. Much more better repair facilities out here in Fresno that actually address your concerns and don’t make you feel like a bother calling in to address their faulty work.

If I could rate them a ZERO I would. I had my vehicle repaired at another location after an accident and had nothing but issues. The staff kept giving me the run around, they outsourced work, left damaged parts inside my vehicle when I picked it up, and had issues after. The repairs were subpar and my vehicle began to leak fuel. I ended up having to take my vehicle back so they could fix their horrible work. I still believe my vehicle was not repaired correctly. My vehicle is having the same issue as before and the manager FRED gave my wife the run around. They don’t stand by their work!!! Horrible service!!! Please do not take your vehicle here.
