Alex was amazing!!!! He deserves 10stars. We came from out of town (Baltimore, MD) for our grandmothers funeral. We had car issues the first day and was told we had to replace the battery & alternator, which we did. However about 20mins later our car gave out again, we couldn’t figure out what else the issue could be, every mechanic we spoke with says it sounds like the fuel pump would need to be replaced. We googled so many shops & found PC Auto! WOW ALEX, he really showed concerned and was very informative, he even fixed our lighter (charger port). We literally was on our way to the Funeral which started at 3 and we arrived back around 5:30 & I’ll be darned if ALEX did some magic & got our 1999 Lincoln continental back up & running without the prior issue! He was amazing. This was the longest- shortest family trip EVER, but ALEX made us smile in the end!! Our family was able to travel back home safe & secure!!! He went above & beyond, he could’ve sent us on our way, but he didn’t! He really helped us more then this post could ever express!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEX!!!

Palmo and his crew are fantastic!!! Stopped by today because my airbag light was on. Hooked it up for diagnostic check and was not positive of problem. Gave me some realistic options. The mechanic unplugged wire harness and reconnected. My light went off. The mechanic spent 30 to 45 minutes and did not charge me a dime. I hope I never get into an accident but I have no doubt who I would take it to. Also while looking at my vehicle the mechanic took time to pick up trash blowing down the sidewalk!!!

Highly recommend PC Auto Repair for bodywork - I had a small but deep ding in my rear bumper, and they were able to get me in within the week where many other places were booked out beyond a month. The estimate I received was also significantly lower than other places I shopped around. They ended up painting my entire bumper, not just the damaged area, and still held true to the original quoted estimate. They also washed my car before returning it. I appreciate all the good work they did!

This place is fantastic. Palmo was very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job repairing my minivan. By the time he was finished which was less than a week (the insurance company estimated 15 days), the car looked as good as new. The price was great as well. He was so friendly and easy to work with. They returned my car to me in better shape than it was in pre-accident. I asked a few people if they could tell which area of the car had been repaired and they could not. Horrible horrible I reaper horrible service kept my car for 7 months car was fine all of sudden it need extra work said a price paid half come get the car after months of lies and back n forth the car is missing peace’s and air doesn’t work no one around boss shirt guy run out town. So much mines all let the kids run the show worst I repeat worst b biggest loss ever called for part they claim was went the wrong peace still nothing month later this place and boss is a joke
