Eric and Todd were absolutely phenomenal to work with and very professional! After having my car break down, I called around to a few tow services. One being a well known agency in the area, they wanted $250 just to tow it 5 miles. Ferra’s came in substantially less. The drivers were professional and the service was quick. We barely waited 30 minutes. I would trust them to tow my stuff anytime and while I hope to not need them, I know I’ll be calling again if I do.

Ferra's get 5 stars from me! 👷🏼‍♂️ Quick service, repairs done thoroughly and properly, professional automotive staff. After they replaced the fuel pump, instead of towing my truck to the dealership to have the command module reprogrammed and then having to charge me for a tow as well, they explained to me exactly what needed done, what it would cost, and recommended a dealership for me. 💯 Ferra's provides great service a a reasonable labor rate. And they use OEM instead of aftermarket junk. Its worth the extra money for OEM; Ferra's guarantees their work too. I know I can confidently take my truck there for repairs. 👍

Failed my inspection and they told they could reinspect it within 10 days and only if they fixed the problems. Took it to another place and was told they have 30 days for them to reinspect it since I already paid for the inspection

I am now relaxing and enjoying my vacation with family, and it is all due to Ferra’s Automotive. Our van broke down on the PA Turnpike as we traveled from Ohio. They came towed us to their garage. It was Friday and we were heading to meet family at the Jersey shore. They were able to look at the van and replace the part it needed and get us on our way! They were professional, responsible, friendly, and kind. I do not want my van to break down again, but if it does anywhere near Pittsburgh. They are my go to call!

A wheel broke off of my trailer on the highway. Sam was able to help arrange a tow, and Josh the tow truck driver was able to secure a single axle 4x8 trailer with one wheel to the flatbed and get it to the repair shop we found. Excellent service and expertise.

We stopped in Ferra's as a emergency. Our tire was loosing air... And as our 2019 Echo Sport Ford, doesn't have a spare. They were very professional and prompt in helping us. They even offered us some cake... I was very pleased with the way we were getting our serviced. Would recommend them to all. Very nice, genuinely concerned about our satisfaction 😊

They took my engine apart which I asked them to do in order to diagnose it. Once they told me the engine was shot, i told them to stop working on it. They threw my engine in pieces into the back or my car, and pieces are literally all over the seats. Interior scuffed, marks everywhere. We called, and they don't care and hung up on us. $1,000 for them to throw an entire engine on my nice leather seats. I wouldn't take my bicycle to these clowns. This is all after the owner threatened us and yelled at us that we didn't pay the invoice. We DID pay the invoice. We had to show him the transaction from our bank, and he got his accountant on the phone to verify we did pay several days earlier. Not a single apology or anything. He just hung up. What a poor businessperson. Pretty much everything he said in his reply is false. It's pathetic.

Josh was absolutely awesome in helping me tow my car!!! He even saved me a good chunk of money with is master towing skills! Super friendly and professional. AAA and THREE other companies couldn’t tow it since it was in a narrow spot but Ferra’s had no problems at all. I’m going to recommend Ferra’s to everyone from now on and they’re my first choice for towing! Thanks guys you rock!

On January 5th 2021, I was heading to the VA Hospital to take my dad for surgery. After being pushed off the road into a sidewalk by another vehicle, I busted both passenger side tires. I was stranded in the rain at 6 am, completely dark. After finding a ride for my dad, I located Ferra's through Google reviews! One call and the driver arrived quickly. They had me back on the road and I was able to be at the hospital before my dad got out of surgery. The kindness of the owner, the driver and staff was incredible. I can't thank them enough. Great work all!

Time and money well spent. I emailed the shop and received an immediate response and then Brian called and I schedule my 1960 comet for a fuel pump and basic services with an inspection. Completed sooner than expected and for half of what I budgeted. They took the time to thoroughly inspect this car, adjusted breaks, oil, filter, lube, one light bulb and managed to repair my fuel pump vice replacing keeping my car near 100 percent original equipment. Thanks.

First time ever needing a tow - Ferra’s was the quickest and cheapest service, which was so relieving for two people under stress! JJ helped calm us during our ride to the mechanic from where we ended up and made us laugh - appreciate the customer care shown and how smooth the process went. Any towing needs will be gone through Ferra’s now!
