Horrible service. They misdiagnosed my vehicle's issues and charged me several thousand dollars to fix what ended up being a bad gas cap seal. I had to come back twice to have the issue rediagnosed and fixed because the lights kept coming on. They offered no reimbursement for the misdiagnosis of the brake system or the emissions code. On top of that, they put a tar like residue on the back window for me and permanent white spots on the steering wheel. I strongly recommend against going to this shop. Take your business elsewhere. Update: Despite Russ Auto Care's reply below, these pictures were taken at the time of the 'repair'. Their response is hysterical as the brake system was absolutely a part of the 'repair' which they failed to resolve (see added image where scan clearly identifies the code). I ended up having to change the brake switch myself. These guys really don't know how to diagnose cars or treat your vehicle with any sort of respect. To respond that 'I did not voice my displeasure', that is absolutely a lie. I asked if we could come to a deal on price due to the misdiagnosis on several accounts, but the associate claimed a free ($30) gas cap should be sufficient because they "couldn't work for free". Absolutely horrible customer service and an absolute lack of knowledge about vehicles. As you can see from their response, also untruthful owners/associates. Please take your business elsewhere.

Matt was very thorough in his Safety Inspection of My 2919 Nissan Frontier Pro4X! I felt confident in his abilities and qualifications! Russ Auto Care addressed ALL of my issues, including noticing that a scheduled oil change was due! I asked Matt if he had time to do the oil change while I was there, and he politely said yes and I consented. The additional work didn’t take long at all! I was presented my service bill, and pricing was way better than I expected! I highly recommend Russ Auto Care and Matt, to anyone in need of efficient, quality auto service and price! Russ Auto Care is a totally first class auto repair establishment. I recently dropped my Jeep off for state inspection. The Jeep needed front wheel bearings to pass inspection. I was quoted a price for the parts and labor. In the process of installing the wheel bearings the mechanic determined that the Jeep also needed new tie rods and axles. Russ auto did not charge for additional labor to install the unforseen additional parts, just for the cost of the parts. I highly recommend Russ Auto Care. They do professional work and are honest. They save you money . I definitely will be back for all my future auto repair needs.
