I first took my Jeep wrangler here to have them replace the headers on the engine will I was away for 2 weeks for work. They had it fixed in 2 days, I paid over the phone, and they kept my keep secure in their locked fenced area till i returned home. Today i took my BMW to them to have some custom exhaust work done for dual exhaust. Its very tightly package under my BMW and what i wanted to do required some creative fabricating. Was done in a day and Priced below what they quoted! Ask for Mike and you will not be disappointed!

For my car inspection I needed rear brakes and rotors, after three phone calls for pricing Dependable was the lowest. They offer no loaner vehicle but the job was done under 3 hours. I chose to drop off car as waiting room very small and typical for independent shop. I've been going here for brake jobs many times over the years with my vehicles. They know how to do brakes!!

I trust this place because they do not try to get over on you. They are honest in diagnosing the issue and charging a fair price. All 3 of our cars have been going here for years 350Benz, 530xi BMW, and Dodge Charger. I'm a researcher so when I have a problem I go on the brand forums, YouTube, and etc. Until I can get in the shop by the time my car is seen I have a general idea of the issue and how much it should cost. Each time I am fairly close and each time Dependable exceeds my expectations. No one likes having unexpected expenses with car issues but having a business you can trust makes it easier. This place is great. I came here because of the reviews. I had a flex pipe with a hole in it. I scheduled my appointment a week out because they are busy, that's a good sign that they do good work. I arrived promptly for my Saturday appointment and my car was immediately take in to be diagnosed. They quickly came out and quoted me a reasonable price for a new flex pipe. I gave the ok and was out of there in an hour total. These guys are professional, prompt and the work done was great. I would definitely come back.

Excellent work and service. I have been going to this place since they opened in 1989. Mike the co-owner and mechanic is a very good mechanic. I would highly recommend this place to get work done on your car. Every car that I owned had work done there. The prices for work done is reasonable. Rick co-owner is a good service manager. My father first went there in 1989 when they first opened and was very satisfied and told me to take my car there and I have been going there ever since. Jeff and Bob are very good mechanics also.

Place is very reasonably priced and Mike is a hardworking guy - however sometimes can be a little dismissive. Took my car here for changing all my 4 brakes and rotors (quoted around 680) after two other places said all 4 need to be changed and were charging a little over a grand. I dropped off my car and he assured me only the rear brakes and rotors need to be changed. A week later, my steering wheel starts vibrating when I apply brakes so now he tells me the front ones also need to be replaced. So I had to go drop off my car once again while taking time out from a busy schedule. Then he calls me half an hour before the shop closes to ask me to pick up the car (it closes 4pm on a Monday). With peak traffic at that time there was no way I could pick it up within the provided timeframe. Hence I was left another day without the car and had to take a cab to work the next day. Other than these logistics, I don’t have any other complaints so far.

I was quoted over $1800 for a brake job at a bigger garage across town. I found this garage listed on Google and gave them a ring. Mike was always the one answering the phone, he was very easy to work with, and he got the job done for CONSIDERABLY less. I don’t know if it’s frowned upon to give out exact prices here but if you’re thinking about going to Monro for a brake job, do yourself a favor and don’t.
