I wish I could rate this place with ZERO stars! I took my Mercedes here to get a oil change...How could you mess that up? Now my car is in the shop for over heating because these fine people put 6qts instead of 8.5qts of oil which is the correct amount. So much for trying to help the local businesses. Never again

Awful! Awful! Awful!! They were so incredibly rude to me! Wouldn't even wait on me or ask me what I wanted and I was the only customer at their shop at the time. If I could leave less than one star I would!! I was told they were too busy to help me. Unbelievable!! My battery kept dying and I wanted to see if I should have my car towed there. I couldn't jump start it to get it to work either. I was just around the block from them. I called earlier and was told to call back for Frank. I just decided to walk there in person. It was about 1:00 in the afternoon on a friday. It's not like they were closed or anything. I have good hygiene and take care of myself...but they wanted nothing to do with me and this was my first impression of the place as I just moved here not too long ago. Do not go there...they will not help you.

Frank is a great mechanic, especially for and older cars. He worked on my cars for years and was always reliable, and affordable. Sure he could be grumpy or rough around the edges on occasion (he is literally a mechanic) but he never charged to look at something unless he did actual work and that work was always quality. Not to mention he always let me get my own parts and willing to look for work arounds. Definitely the guy you price check with because he'll be honest with you. It's a pretty small shop so on occasion work might take a little longer than the big boys. Always good to call well ahead and to do a little research if you have the inclination. Inspections were always quick and painless. Some people go to small shops and expect corporate turn around. Its not that kind of shop and thats ok. But when you know what work you need, he will get the job done affordably and he does it well. No longer in town but always wish I still could get my car worked on by Frank.
