I’m always skeptical about auto shops. As a woman I’ve had experiences with people taking advantage of me, or being rude. B&R has always been incredible kind, punctual, and well priced. I’ve gone there for my inspection as well as to get replacement tires. They ordered them and replaced them for me within 1 day. I will definitely be going back in the future, and I highly suggest them to others.

Woke up and discovered there was an issue with my exhaust, was visiting a friend in Allentown. Called B&R via recommendation, they had me come in that day and provided a temporary solution until I could drop my car off the following morning for repair. Took a couple hours and under 100$. Would 100% recommend B&R starter. The people who work here are very friendly and easy to talk to. The work they do is great and rates are very reasonable. I have taken two cars here already. They have accomadated the quirks for both cars with no issues, and even allowed me to come into the garage and look at the underside of my project car (1987 Mitsubishi). Everyone needs a honest mechanic.

Moved to the area recently and was in need of a new place for car repairs. My brakes basically gave out on my way home from work on a Friday night and after calling multiple places for possibly stopping in early on a Saturday morning B & R told me right away to come on in and they'd handle it. Very upfront with the cost (I was shown an itemized list for everything needed) especially because the damage required some extra labor and very friendly the entire time. Finished the work in just a few hours and offered me rides to and from my home for the service. Will definitely be using for anything car related in the future!

I had to have my car towed here after it wouldn't start. They were able to look at it same day and although I still ended up needing to have it serviced by a Chrysler dealership I had a great experience working with B & R. They were friendly but honest about my car's issues. I will be using them from now on for any of my non-computer relating issues!

We had this Company do work for us a few months ago. They were excellent at that time. We called them back because we were having the same issue and were told they would be there the same day. We received a call at 5:30 PM stating the Tech was on vacation for a week so they had to cancel our emergency call. They rescheduled for a week out and never showed. We called them today to find out why they never showed yesterday and they did not think we still needed them. They assured us they would be there today by 4 PM at the latest. We called several times for an ETA and they said they did not have an ETA, but they would be there. We called several more times and received the same answer. We were told they would forward this call to upper Management to figure out what was going on. Called again at 4:55 PM and were told they would contact upper Management and someone would call me back. Still no call back. We have all water turned off to a commercial building and cannot get any answers from this Business.

Took my car here for brake work because of the good reviews on here and because of the convenience (its within walking distance to my home). They definitely didn’t disappoint. They found the issue with my brakes fairly quickly, ordered the parts needed, and scheduled the service to be completed within a couple days. When I got the car back, it was driving better than ever. And best of all, they did it all for a very reasonable price. Im confident the same thing would have cost twice as much elsewhere. Highly recommend.
