This is my first Audi. I was lucky enough to meet Sherri with my first phone call and she’s since become an invaluable resource and friend. I’ve had not so great experiences with service at other brands. I have complete confidence in MaryJo, Paul and Patrick. From the initial oil change going forward, they’ve always been extremely knowledgeable without be condescending, very kind and welcoming. I have no hesitation about purchasing another Audi from Sherri/Jon and do look forward to seeing “The Trinity” when I drop off my car.

Overall I had a great experience here and glad I stopped in. I called a few mechanics since I was hoping to get an oil change done before labor day weekend and this was the only place that was able to accommodate me. That's not a knock on other mechanics but it was great being able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. When I booked my appointment, the person on the phone was incredibly friendly and made sure I had all the info I needed ahead of my appointment. When I showed up, the mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable about Audis and made sure I understood what work was needed and the state of my car. In the end, I did wait a few hours for my work to be completed but I had a number of things done on my car so the longer wait time was expected. I was able to chill in the lobby and get some work done on my laptop while enjoying their free coffee. The visit also included a free car wash, which while isn't a crazy expensive incentive, it was nice to get my car back looking fresh and clean.

I made an appointment via their website (Audi Pittsburgh) to buy and install tires on my Q7 for a trip I'm going to take. I show up for my appointment with the confirmation email in hand, which read "Thank you for shopping with AUDI PITTSBURGH. Here are the order and appointment details. Simply bring your vehicle to our service department at your appointment time." Did I get my service done? No. Was I even in their service system? No. I spoke to three people, including the manager, who all kept pointing fingers at the website "not talking to their scheduling system", and that it was "Audi USA" not "Audi Pittsburgh" (not true). So now I'm left with no new tires and have to find another way to go on my trip. The supervisor was flabbergasted I dared to ask for some sort of compensation. For a car brand which markets its luxury and above and beyond service, this is beyond poor. My next car will definitely not be an Audi due to this horrendous service provided.

David Smith in the Service & Warranty Department at Audi Pittsburgh truly went above and beyond. He was extremely kind, patient, and genuinely tried to do everything he could to help me and he definitely did. His level of care and professionalism was phenomenal, and I am so thankful and grateful for everything he did. David is the absolute best, and because of him, I would recommend coming to Audi Pittsburgh to everyone. Outstanding and phenomenal service from start to finish! :)
