Great service! Had a flat tire while traveling and didn’t want to drive on the spare. They were open late enough we were able to come by that evening, they had the tire size we needed, and changed it right away. The men working there are extremely helpful and pleasant! Would recommend.

Poor poor customer service. They cracked my rim and instead of just putting my tire i purchased from them on a new rim I bought mind you I never asked them to pay for the new rim. One specific employee asked why I was there and they kept cutting me off before I could tell them what happened. He told me to get to the point because he was busy... then after i explained that their machine must have cracked my rim he started calling me the most ignorant customer they have ever had. Mind you I was an aircraft sheetmetal mechanic for 9 and a half years. At the end of the dispute instead of them putting my tire I just bought from them onto the new rim I went and purchased myself, he wanted to argue with me and say im just giving your money back and you can leave. Been going to these guys for over a year, I've purchases 12 tires from them. This is what happened. I had about a 5.5 mile drive home. Next morning I woke up and came out to go to work and the tire was deflated about half way. So I checked and it was down to 20psi so I figured no big deal I'll just go back and they will take care of it. So I re inflated it back to the specified value and started to drive back. Only about .5 Miles from my house the tire completely deflated. I felt it happening as my steering wheel pulled to the left so I stopped in the middle of the road and looked out my window and watched it come off the bead because I couldn't stop in time. They will not admit to the crack. There is no impact mark on the rim from it hitting anything. It's fresh silver aluminum so it's not an old crack. Instead of hearing me out and simply putting the tire on the new rim I bought they wanted to argue with me, call me ignorant and tell me to leave. 20/10 would not recommend using this company.

The whole crew was friendly and helpful. I took my unrepairable flat tire there and they had a used match to my factory set. Prices and service were great. They put my spare backup in storage and mounted my new tire as you would expect. No problems here. I would go back if I needed service again. THANKS!

Truly, I need people reading this to understand that they will take care of you at MTS. I got scammed at a big-box tire place, the whole tire burst, it was a mess. I needed to be at work in an hour and half. They were first of all SO nice, which doesn't really matter, but I was stressed! So it was comforting! But secondly, they were honest. Had good vibes. Got me exactly what I needed and I got to work no problem. They don't have upsell energy. It's just an honest, reliable, friendly place. I will 100% be using them from now on. I feel like it's really hard to find mechanics and tire places that are just straight-forward, down-to-earth, service-oriented. I feel really lucky to have found them in my moment of need!!

It was 4th of July weekend and I got a flat tire. The mechanic was kind, easygoing and patient. He talked me through a variety of options, and worked hard to find me a tire. The new tire was only 50$, making it the cheapest and most pleasant tire replacement I've ever had. While he was working, many locals would come up and greet him by name and ask for help, so if you're looking to support a local small business that's important to the community, I'd recommend this one.

I’ve been relentlessly trying to call this company for the past two days in desperate need of a tire and their mobile services. Despite advertising 24/7 availability, they have failed to answer or return a single call. I truly don’t understand how this business maintains a 4.8 rating when they cannot even provide the basic service they promote so heavily. Extremely disappointing experience, and I hope more people recognize the gap between what’s advertised and what’s actually delivered.

Really caring and honest people 🫶 I got a piece of metal in my tire and Ms. Beverly on the phone helped me figure out my options and what I needed to do. I brought my tire in immediately and they repaired it for a really affordable price. Overall took about 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and they even helped me back out of the shop safely when leaving. If I ever need to, i’ll be back!

Husband got a flat in the city. AAA said 3-3 1/2 hrs so he gave MTS a call and left a message around 7 pm. Called again around 7:15. Never heard back. Hours listed as open till 9 so not sure what happened. I even checked social media to see if maybe they were closed with the weather and nothing.

I came home to discover a screw had punctured my tire, and it was late — almost closing time. Despite the hour, the team was friendly, efficient, and got me patched up and back on the road in no time.
