Booked online replacement of 4 tires at 11am. When I arrived at 10:30am, I was told that the online system doesn't communicate with their actual schedule and they were actually booked. To their credit, they still serviced me that day but it took all day - car was finished at 4:55 p.m. After I drove off the lot, I noticed that the tire pressures were all different: 30, 31, 36, 38. I would have driven right back to have it fixed but I know the location closes at 5pm on the day I was there.

We got a flat tire from a storm drain on Penn Ave and happened to pull over into NTB’s parking lot. Mike and his team got to work despite the fact they were closing in ~20 minutes. Needed snow tires for my little hybrid after the recent storms. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and friendly (Mike, Rhi, Pamela) even after I ordered the wrong tire size online and they were slammed. Mike was especially helpful and buttered me up by telling me I looked younger than I am. It helps 😄 Only thing I will critique is the online booking system. Stock dates for specific tires were not at all accurate. I'd recommend calling the store and confirming availability of specific tires before making an appointment. Hope those guys in the shop get a nice lunch! They deserve it.

Couldn't be worse. I bought four brand new tires (higher level). I was quoted one price from the central service and the actual price was significantly higher. In fact the price on my quote ended up being higher than the price on their own website!! They did match their website. When I went in to get the tires put on and they didn't have them and I had to come back the next day. They said they could inspect the car when I came back the next day - then the next day they said they couldn't. When they were all done putting the tires on they said they called to say they couldn't align them so I had to go somewhere else to get them aligned which of course I paid much more because you get a discount on the alignment if you buy the tires. All I know I spent hundreds more because I went to NTB and had much aggravation and 2 additional trips - have to fight now to get the $80 rebate I was supposed to get. Incredibly unethical business practices. Central call center quotes things that are not respected. Local store does not do what they say. Worst car experience ever. Abner was the central reps of salesperson who misrepresented most everything he told me.

Ms. Rhe was amazing, from the moment she called me to confirm my appointment to the time I went to pick it up. She is super friendly, funny, and informative. A much needed positive light for a negative situation. I very much enjoyed my time, trusted that my car was getting the best care, and I was not getting the shitty end of the stick.
