Ripped me off. I was told my fee would be $46 & to pick up my tires it’s now $80. Took over 4 hours to get rims put on 2 tires. Save your money go somewhere else I won’t be going back.

We are lucky to have this family business in our town since the 1960’s. There’s a reason for the longevity. I highly recommend these guys. They did my last repair for less than half the price quoted by a dealer and a big chain competitor.

I am so thankful and grateful to these folks, they came through in a pinch. My out-of-state registration expired this month, and I needed to have an emissions inspection (and obtain the passing certificate) in order to renew my registration. My state accepts passing emissions certificates from other states, but of course, questions came up since my state’s process differs from PA’s process. In any case, it worked out and we got it done. I would have had to wait 2-3 weeks to get an inspection at a dealership and pay twice the price. These guys were able to get me in right away for half the cost of a dealership, and they were extremely pleasant folks through the process. THANK YOU. Update: I uploaded my passing certificate to the Oregon DMV website, and they emailed the renewal information within an hour. In the words of my partner, “I’ve never seen bureaucracy work so fast.”

Will not be going back here. They took 6 hours to do a state inspection and emissions, and when I called to check on the status of my vehicle, their line was continuously busy. Luckily I was in walking distance and when I showed up, they hadn't even started on my vehicle. Staffed with just 1 person doing all the cars in the lot. He never asked me when I needed it back, just assumed he'd be done with it by closing time (which according to him is 6pm, but Google says 5pm). 👎👎

I rented a Budget box truck from Mr. Tim and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and the rental box truck. Mr. Tim got me in and out with ease and was great to work with as a Budget representative. Box truck was in great shape and made a long distance move in 2 days with no issues!

I have been taking my car to Ruffing for three years now. They are all considerate, nice and trustworthy gentlemen. Starting with the owner, D, and Mike. They talk to one clearly and right to the point. And the most important: the job is excellently well done. Great work!!!! Blessings to you all.

Rented a truck for 10:30am on a Saturday. Tom called the night before to tell us they won’t have the truck, but that we can get a van. While slightly inconvenient we agreed. He then said it wouldn’t be ready until 11:30am on Saturday. I let him know we were paying movers and needed it at 11:30am and no later. He stated it would be ready by then. He also wanted to talk about how hard things have been for them with a van recall, Amazon ruining all of the trucks when they rent them, and weather issues. I didn’t really have time to talk but he definitely wanted me to know that he had an excuse for everything. We arrived Saturday morning at 11:20am. There were 2 other people standing outside the building and the doors were locked. They said they’d been waiting but nobody was there. We waited until 11:30am and I called. Nobody answered. We waited 15 more minutes and nobody answered the phone or showed up. I had no idea what we were going to do and had no other way to communicate with Tom. He did not reach out to let us know he was running late. Luckily I was able to get a truck last minute from U-Haul. Also had to contact Budget to cancel the truck we were supposed to be picking up. It threw off our whole day and we lost 2 hours of our movers time that we still had to pay them for. We ended up not being able to complete the move due to the delay caused by Ruffing. He then called later that day, not to apologize but to tell me when should have waited 7 more minutes and he would have been there and then tried to go on with more excuses. Do not use this place if you seriously need a truck and have a moving day timeline. The way he acted was unacceptable.
