The team at CARSTAR is 10/5! Kelly is such a pleasure to work with, and everyone is kind and efficient. The job was done in 7 business days, and they needed to replace several parts on my passenger side after I was sideswiped on Penn Ave. That side of the car actually looks better than the side without damage at this point, LOL! The whole experience with my car being damaged was horrible. My insurance company had me choose out of about 15 different people and didn’t really help much since they don’t know which shop is the best option. I couldn’t choose because I’m not used to having to do this I’ve never been in an accident so it was real frustrating ! I just happened to run across CarStar and read the reviews and took a chance. Man Sean and his team are f’n dope!!! My car looks sooooo nice!! They took good care of us! Fixed it, Cleaned it, just everything! Faster than expected too to be honest and now it’s just beautiful all over again! Thank you guys seriously♥️♥️

Kind of disappointed this time cause my car was a total loss due to the labor cost. The car had a lot of mileage but it was still running just tore up in the front. I got paided but now I have to look for another vehicle. Plus the only person I spoke with was Kelly. She was nice enough, but it would have been nice to talk to the mechanic so I could have gotten a explanation of why the labor was so expensive. Mechanic was not seen or heard from. 😐 .
