Would not recommend. Ordered two radios both would not work. Why I would not recommend is I was never contacted on the third radio that was apparently ordered, no voicemails returned. When asked about my service through text, still no answers. Had to go to a dealership 1.5 hours away instead with better service.

We had the air compressor fixed on our Nissan Armada recently. We were waiting on the part and Patrick kept us updated on the status. We had a few questions and called Patrick to ask and he was always extremely kind and helpful. When the part came in, Patrick called and got us in right away. Our car was done and out the door in under 2 hours! We were extremely pleased. We will be fulfilling all of our Nissan needs with #1 Cochran Nissan and hope to see Patrick in the future. He is a WONDERFUL employee.

My lady’s car had a door that wouldn’t unlock and broken AC. Door got fixed same day, pricey but what are ya gonna do. AC was not fixed first time. Had to bring it back and turns out they needed to repair compressor. It really seems like they should have figured that out the first time. Good thing I had time to go out there 4 times this week (4 hours of travel). They did throw me a small discount for my inconvenience but I don’t like the lack of attention to detail.

Since August, our car has not been repaired, they always promised the next day. And then recently it turned out that even the diagnostics were done incorrectly. The spare part we bought is not needed. He told us in a cheerful voice. They tell us that the diagnostics were incorrect😨, which they checked themselves. We need another spare part. My child cannot go to kindergarten because we do not have a car 😨 and I will not even mention other moral humiliations😨, we are still paying off a loan for this car😨.

My first and last time coming here for service. Was quoted "around $320" and surprise! my total was $476. Maybe there was a mistake on my end: not getting the estimate in writing. Still, at least everyone here was polite and they did the work I requested promptly.
