Who in the world is giving this place anything other than 1 star? Poor customer service, mediocre mechanics that seem to break one thing for every one or two they repair. Way too long wait times. Awful.

Worst booking system even. I booked an appointment online at 3:50PM and I went there right on time, and they told me that their tech off work at 4:00pm, and I should come early next time.....??? I show them the comformation email and they said they can't do nothing. So I spent 2 hour on traffic and got nothing done

I’m just convinced that it’s better to take my car back to the dealer. The good mechanics are too busy and there are a lot of bad mechanics and bad lube shops. At least they are going to know about the car.

I purchased my 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid in July and wanted to add door guards. My sales consultant Anthony Thomas ordered and arranged the appointment with the service department. AJ--in the service department did an OUTSTANDING job of having the guards installed, making sure I was kept in the loop while the work was being done and could not have been more customer oriented. I have dealt with several other brands and their service depts. and I must admit that Rohrich Honda of Shadyside Service dept. outshined most of those brands. Thanks AJ!!

Call and ask for Elaine in the service department! She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me figure out an issue I was having and scheduling me at a location that was convenient to me. Very knowledgeable and an absolutely outstanding individual. Rohrich is lucky to have her!

Service used to be helpful, now seams they don't care. I scheduled an appt by phone, when I tried to drop the car, they couldn't find the appointment, people on the phone said the appt was good, but they didn't took the car anyway.

Very disappointed. I had a starter installed in my element last year, and right on the one year mark, the same issues started to occur (not starting.) I called to ask about the warranty and was told there is only a one year/12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor per the representative. Thats it? It’s interesting that other Honda places (the one I used to go to) will honor a warranty for longer than 12 months, but apparently not here. Since I’m no longer in Pittsburgh, I’m going to have to go to another Honda service center to repair what was done here. Thanks for nothing and you can save the canned response, I wont be calling back.

Awful service and treatment of their customers. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and was told it would be about an hour and a half wait. After two hours I went to check on what was going on and was told that they didn’t even start on my car yet. After 4 hours of my car was ready with unnecessary expenses they had charged by taking advantage of my low knowledge of cars. I ended up paying $250 for “labor” and brake fluid change. Rohrich Honda service department has gone completely down hill and makes me never want to lease a car from them again

I have been coming here for years and honestly was ready to leave. There is one particular male that is so demeaning to not only his customers, but his coworkers as well. I’ve had two gentlemen who really make it worth going, and unfortunately I forget the name of the first one that I had met years ago. Zach is the other one! He is so kind, patient, explains everything to a T. His customer service is top notch, and they’d have better reviews if they hired more people like him. I’ll keep coming back in hopes that they do.

Came in to get my transmission tested and they charged me for a full Inspection (oil change, tire rotation etc.) after I told them I didn't need all that, just the transmission test.

Just a host of problems here... -Scheduling is a mess and often you will think you're scheduling in the east end but it is actually out of the South Side -When you drop a car off, it takes for ever and their estimates are off. -And it is often fairly expensive. I would go to another mechanic like Bruno's if you can!

After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, they couldn't do what was required because I didn't give them an up to date registration. They called to let me know & I got registered online in about 5 minutes. When I called back to tell them I was registered, the receptionist was very rude, stating a bad connection & transferred me to voicemail. They never returned my call & at the end of the day they called for me to pick up my car. No inspection done, just $160 for them to tell my I needed a new gas cap, which they didn't have in stock. I was told they could order it for me & I could install it myself to save money. Really?! Like I would pay them to install a gas cap or for anything else ever again. Total waste of time & money. Go anywhere else.

No longer worth coming here after 12 years. Service used to be friendly and helpful, now they don't even care. I took my HR-V here for state inspection and it failed for 2 minor items (cracked rear tail light and single wiper blade), they quoted me $400 to replace. I did it myself for $80, called to ask if I could bring my car in to get the sticker, and was told to come after 2pm same day. When I got there they said whoever I talked to was wrong, that needed to make an appointment and have the car re-inspected. Maybe you should have people who know what they're doing answer the phone? Not only that, I had a coupon that was never applied and had to go through my paperwork and ask what the recommendations were since Marcus never offered to explain. Truly not worth the time or money.

Rohrich Honda Service is not worth your time or money. 1) After buying my car at Rohrich it wouldn't start within the first week. I brought it in to the service department and they told me I needed a new alternator but they had to order it and it would take 2 weeks. I had to ask them when the alternator had arrived and when it did, they realized that I just needed a new battery and the alternator was fine. 2) I brought my car in for inspection last month and after waiting an hour they told me that they didn't have any inspection stickers and could not complete an inspection. 3) When I was getting my car inspected they completed over $600 of "maintenance" work without first getting my authorization. The work was not required for my "free inspection." My overall experiences at Rohrich Honda's service department have been terrible, and the customer service has been terrible as well. I will not return.

Made an appointment months in advance for an inspection. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:45am, staff assured me it would be completed before the end of the day. Received a call at 3:15pm letting me know they could not get to it today and I would need to come back. Absolutely poor service for a dealership service location.

Took two days for oil change, transmission fluid, tire rotation, and to diagnose a wheel vibration (which I said was wheel bearing). Dropped my car off first thing Friday morning so they could have it all day. Received a late notification they thought a tire need balanced and would need to keep the car over the weekend. Picked up my car the following Monday and there is still a tire vibration issue (wheel bearing). This was the third time it has taken exceptionally long for service and a basic issue. The second time I waited five hours at their location for oil change only. Each time I had a scheduled appointment but gave them the benefit of the doubt. but they have shown no improvement. Will not be using Rohrich any longer.

Wanted to get 4 new Michelin tires for my Accord, I asked for total price and they came back with $1200. What a joke. The oil change was ok because I get it for free with purchase of the car. They will always move your driver's seat. Not just forward or back, but all of the adjustments it has. My seat was pushed way back and reclined like they were going for a joy ride

Today, I took my Honda Civic, which I bought from them, to the service center. They were very attentive and helpful. They gave me information about everything. They completed the work on my car perfectly and also gave me notes on what I needed to do. I want to thank them very much. They were all very friendly and helpful. The female consultant was a Steelers fan and a very lovely person, she wore glasses. I forgot to ask her name, but thank you for everything. She was very good and professional.
