Really great and quick service. Not to mention prices seem fair. I’ve been there a few times for minor fixes/upkeep, and will continue going.

Scott is a life-saver. He made sure that I get safely to and from work when the tire pressure indicator lit up and took care of my car the following day. Efficient, affordable, kind, and great sense of humor. I cannot praise him enough. I will be a returning customer. 👍👍

Just spoke with Ray needing to fill out some paperwork to register my truck in Pittsburgh. He was no bs and just took the form, checked the vehicle, and filled everything on the paperwork. Took less than 5 mins and no cost! I’ll be back thank you Ray!

The worst service ever, and car interior was neglected I recently visited Monro Auto Services for wheel alignment, oil change, and tire replacement, and I must say that the overall service was unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional, after I left I quickly realized on my way home that my car was still pulling to the left even when the steering wheel was straight. I returned to them, and they fixed it under warranty, or so they claimed. However, the problem persisted. The steering wheel still veers to the right while driving. I reached out to their support, but received no response. I’m frustrated and wondering if there’s a different branch of this service with competent staff who can properly handle alignment issues. Moreover, there was one significant drawback that affected my overall experience. I was disappointed to find my light gray driver’s seat significantly dirtier than when I arrived. It was dirty, black with horrible soot. It seemed as though they had been neglected during the service process, resulting in a noticeable buildup of dirt and grime. This oversight was unexpected and left me feeling somewhat frustrated. I had to mention that before I left and then waited for 30 minutes standing and waiting while they start cleaning it. I don’t know why it is even possible to make car interior dirty while you’re working.

Great staff, very fair and quick service. Had a few bad experiences at other Monro's and was ready to write them off completely but will be a loyal customer to this one. Ray was top notch

Took my car there because it failed inspection at the dealer and they quoted me about $500 less to do the work. When it was done, they ended up charging me the same amount and it wasn't any cheaper. They had told me they would set aside tired for me but after I dropped it off, they called and claimed they must've quoted the wrong tires and they only had ones that were $120 more per tire than the ones I was supposed to get put on. I really feel baited and switched because I had no choice at that point if I wanted my car inspection complete than to accept. This along with the fact that they have made up things in the past that actually didnt need done, makes me really not trust the people who work there now. Used to be able to trust Scotty, but not the people who work there now. Fool me twice, and I definitely won't be back.

I made an inspection appointment here for Saturday morning and specifically selected that I would wait with my car (not drop it off). When I arrived, I was told I’d have to leave my car because they had “run out of stickers” and would need to drive my car to another location. That was never communicated in advance, and I did not give consent for anyone to take my car off-site. Driving a customer’s vehicle without their explicit permission is a serious liability issue and completely unacceptable. Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, the employee argued with me like it was my fault. This is unprofessional, unorganized, and disrespectful of customers’ time. If you can’t honor an appointment, you should call customers beforehand—not waste their day and then try to take their vehicle without consent. I will not return to this Monroe and do not recommend this location.

The owner RAY, was very polite, and he knows what he's doing!! He and one other guy(sorry don't know his name) are very knowledgeable!!! And if I hadn't gone in that day, I could have caused an accident or WORSE!!! I love Monroe (WestLiberty) and as long as I live in the city of Pittsburgh, that's where I'm taking my vehicle!!!!!!

Had to switch mechanics and took a shot with these guys based on reviews. Needed new tires, shocks and a sensor installed. Very up front with time and money estimates. Kept me in the loop as the work progressed. Couldn’t be happier with this team. Will bring my other vehicles there in time.

Great experience! They could have easily upsold me more tires, oil change, inspection and alignment but did not pressure for any more than a tire. Will be going here for any future tire issues!

We were in Pittsburgh for a family trip. On the way home we blew a tire. The guys at Monro got us worked in asap, replaced the tire and got us on our way. They were friendly and courteous and provided great service in an emergency situation!

This was the best Monroe Car Shop! I'm so so happy we went there. The price there significantly cheaper than at the Monroe in Penn Hills. The Mechanic was Friendly! He explained everything to us. We will be going to West Liberty Monroe for now on! They all were professional and accommodating. We made the right choice to travel much further, for Excellent Service! I'm so so satisfied ! A+

I initially went to this monro to get a state vehicle inspection/emissions. At this inspection I learned I would need new tires and new rear breaks (rotors and pads) to pass emissions. So I went ahead and replaced those. A few weeks later my husband was driving my vehicle and I was sitting in the back with our baby and I started to hear a concerning sound with the back breaks. I called the monro and Ray said to bring it in. I was very grateful he could work on it right away. I ended up dropping the car off and received a phone call later that afternoon that it wasn't the back brakes but actually the front brakes and although they pass inspection that is what is causing the sound. I thought this was odd because it was very clearly coming from the back when I was in the car but I figured he knew best and had them replace them, 600 dollars later (front rotors and pads) I drive out of their parking lot only to immediately hear that my brakes were still grinding. I pulled the car right back in the shop when they identified that the rotors were loose and the disc? Was rubbing. Okay... So they quickly fixed this. However it's clear that my front brakes were never the problem but they did not apologize, or make any mention of the fact they lied and got another 600 dollars off of me. So a couple stars because they were genuinely nice and quickly got me in but I don't feel great about my brakes not being installed correctly and the car not being diagnosed correctly the second time around.

Ray and his team at the West Liberty location were friendly, efficient and honest. I appreciate him not trying to upsell telling me when i was borderline on needing an alignment. Did win the sale with reminding me that its a good idea to protect my $1000 investment in tires. I'll definitely be back for all my tire needs in the future.

I called to schedule an appointment to have my rear brakes redone and to have my car inspected. It's the last day of the month, so I knew it would be difficult to have anyone work on it that quickly. Imagine my joy when the scheduler told me over the phone that they could finish the car today, and that it would be fine. It felt too good to be true, so I repeatedly asked if they were certain about the car being ready. I was assured that it would be. After I put the car in the shop, I got a call later, saying that the earliest that the car would be ready is Monday. I will now be missing out on a trip that my wife and I planned for tomorrow, as well as having to pay for Uber/Lyft rides to work on Monday, as the car will still not be ready. I asked the guy at the shop who had called me about the delay if Munro would reimburse me anything for having made a guarantee that was so clearly wrong. He actually flat out told me that the schedulers will "say anything they can to get you into the shop." Wow. When asked if I might be able to get anything back, he gave me the corporate number (I called and left a message) but cautioned me that "they're not going to give anything to you." So, I suppose the biggest question here is: if they're going to lie to you to get your money and then not give you anything back, is there essentially anything that makes this place not a scam? I don't blame the technicians or the people at the shop, but this is a corporate practice that is clearly designed to prey on people who have no recourse. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and the BBB. EDIT: UPDATE: They refunded me money for an Uber I shouldn't have even had to take but offered nothing for all the time that I had to waste getting the refund. And missing the trip with my wife? Forget about it. They said we "can't" do anything for me. Really? Can't? Not only that, the entire thing was put together as an "investigation" and based on the company's already shady practices, I wasn't confident that I was going to get that back, so I spent an hour on the metro in the afternoon, rather than taking a second Uber for which I might not get a refund. I called the number that was listed here and had to jump through a bunch of other hoops. Hoop #1 - The number listed won't get you where you want to go with just "option 2." Hoop #2 - Rather than refunding the money to my card, which would have probably been easy all around, they opted to put me on hold when I was filing the complaint, and then made me call back to check on the complaint (like, if you're going to refund me the money, why do I need to call about it?) Or, like I said, just refund the money to the card? Hoop #3 - They're having the money sent, via check, from Texas on Monday. All of this is to say, if you're going to get anything back from this company that is clearly in the wrong, be sure that you even want to do business with them in the first place. Lastly, don't buy any hokey absurdity they post on here afterwards of, "We're looking into it." Or, "Thank you so much for your valid concerns!" Or, "This won't happen to any other customers." It's all a bunch of lies, and the person writing the responses to the reviews on here ought to be ashamed of themselves. I'll change this review when they actually show me that they care about a customer. I've already filed a complaint with the FTC and will go out of my way to tell people not to go here for anything.
