I've never seen such a poor job done at a car wash. I mean really. Rushing my family out of our vehicle (tapping the vacuum hose standing next to my door staring at me), rude, and what exactly did they do here??? The package included vacuumed interior. What was vacuumed? Waste of money. And we have been looking forward to trying the place out for 4 weeks now. Thanks for the disappointment. Told front desk the employees were rude, she didn't even respond to me. We are military family, move around a lot, I guess that's just how Wisconsin customer service is.

Brought my husband’s truck in to get it cleaned so we could get it ready to sell and the cleaning on the inside was horrible. Spent 35 dollars just to have to go back and clean it all myself. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I have gone to this car wash multiple times in hope that it would be better each time; however, each time the car wash I pay for is not done well. Yes my car was cleaned on the outside, but it was not wiped down well at all and was still very wet when leaving. The rubber car mats I have were pooled with water after I asked for them to be washed, they had not been dried. The cup holders were not clean and the vacuuming was not done well.

Pros: - Paid the extra $5 to clean the front floor mats and they looked good. Cons: - Didn't empty the garbage - Door jambs were left dirty - Lots of sand left in several spots - Dashboard was poorly cleaned. You can see they ran a rag over it, but still left dust - Inside of back windshield is now smeared - They screwed up my seat settings, which is just the cherry on top. It's been a week and I still can't get comfortable in my own dang vehicle. You aren't driving it on the road, why would you mess with a customer's seat position?? Overall: This was my first and last time going to a PDQ. I'd normally clean it myself, but didn't have time and thought I'd treat myself. It was actually just a waste of $50.

I purchased a membership here on 12/4/2021 took my truck through for the first time zero issues. Took my truck through the outside one a few times also zero issues. I bring my truck the Oneida st pdq on 12/26/2021 about 9:50 am told them I wanted front and rear floor liners washed also it’s like the only one they washed was drivers front. They never touched the rear floor liners. Look at both front wheels and they are scratched and gouged up bad. I called Garrett the manager about 5 -10 minutes after I left he tells me it did not happen there and he will call me when he gets time. Which was at 10:14 am it is now 4:11 pm. And still have not heard anything from him. The first 2 pictures are after pdq, the second 2 pictures are before pdq. My wheels were flawless before it went to them.

Paid for the Manager's Special, and yet all my door jams were still filthy. Water was left in all the crevices. And even though a pre-vacuumed, there was still plenty of stuff that was missed. Overall, not thrilled.

This place was an absolute rip off and waste of money: we took our vehicle here to be cleaned, paid extra to have floor mats cleaned, $40 and they didn’t wipe down the inside at all. I wiped my finger over numerous spots on the dash and center counsel, just dirt coming up. They didn’t bother to even wipe the water on the underside of the mats off, just threw them back In soaking wet , didn’t wipe down seats, door handles, anything. Only part of the vehicle that is clean is the outside and most of the windows (except the back) very very disappointed and will not be returning to this pdq.

First time customer, is it always this poorly done? I am really disappointed I paid $40 for this service. My vehicle was in the interior cleaning area for only 5 minutes before being sent through the exterior wash. I saw all of the bad reviews and knew I was setting myself up for disappointment but this is beyond unacceptable. My visit occurred today 1/8/25 at 3:30pm.

I paid $77 for these, mat cleaning, armor all interior, wheel shine. This is unacceptable, so many spots missed, not vacuumed in many spots, the armor all person did just a brutal job! Shiny areas, non shiny areas, residue all over! Just lazy work! If you don’t like your job get a new one! Will never come again, tried to give PDQ another shot. Put my mats back in my car soaking wet! Once they dried they are still dirty! I don’t get it it’s literally your job to make my car look better! Waste of money! My five year old would’ve done better!

Look at the photos and understand the 1 star rating. $20 exterior wash, which is alone ridiculous, plus the dirt isn’t caked on as the vehicle was washed 5 days prior. I also gave them the opportunity to rewash and hand dry (since clearly the auto wash doesn’t actually work) and was told no.

Proof is in the pudding. Poor poor service and I didn’t even look through the rest of the car yet. Garbage was literally picked up off my floor and put in my cup holder. I didn’t even bother going back to complain or have it remediated. If this is your standard of clean at a 40 dollar tag then I do not seeing your business model lasting long

The door jams were never wiped out, streaks all over the car, the back of the car was never even vacuumed..... The quality of the wash has continously went downhill. This isn't the first time but it is the last time. What a waste of money.

What a beautiful day for a PDQ car wash.. or so I thought. Very friendly staff but unfortunately they did a completely inadequate job cleaning my vehicle. I have minimum expectations for an only $40 vacuum and cleaning, but feel there was little to no effort in providing me any of what I was paying for. Nothing inside looked cleaned, polished or vacuumed and the outside still had soap and dirt spots. I’ve been so satisfied in the past with my PDQ washes but will hesitate to visit them again because of the incredibly terrible service they provided today.

This was my first and only time i will use PDQ. What a waste of money. My car was in desperate need of a cleaning and purchased the the special that included everything. As we watched the 3 or 4 people clean my car, it seemed they were more interested in playing, spraying each other and laughing. Before we pulled out we had to ask them to clean spots off the inside of the windshield and some of the dash. We didn't realize what a truly lousy job they did until we were out in the sunlight. Inside the window was streaked, only part of the dash wiped, the pictures show only a part of what we found. I would prefer a refund because I surely will not use them again.

Self service vacuums are handy, but the exterior wash is overpriced and low quality. Vehicles are filed onto the conveyor way too closely, and the conveyor shuts down intermittently, which is a bit anxiety inducing. Also could be why there is still debris and suds on my car after exiting. Very disappointed.

Paid for the top price package for a “full service” interior and exterior clean. I figured paying over $50 for a service I would get a quality wash in return. Not was i wrong. Ended up going to the free use vacuums to finish the job myself. Not to mention they never even cleaned half the windows in my SUV evidenced by my dogs nose prints still evident on them. If this was their definition of a “full service” wash, I’ll stick to doing it myself

Terrible job. Got into my vehicle and pulled out and noticed the spray they didn't wipe up on my center counsol. Parked the truck, got out, noticed the dirt and spray smeared on my door. So I checked the rest of my vehicle and it didn't even look like they vaccumed! My 11 year old daughter could do a better job! I waited quite a while in line which is expected, but I did pay around $50 and expected a way better job. The manager did reclean my vehicle and it still wasn't upto my par. Won't be going back, and I shoulda knew better from previous years. They just keep pushing the line through and don't care about the quality.

Paid for highest level wash advertised, mirrors and running boards on truck still have mud all over them and the tire shine is barely applied and spotty. This location does not have good attention to detail and you would be better off going to kwik trip to achieve the same level of cleanliness.

I was disappointed with the service I received today. I had paid for both inside and outside wash services, but when I saw the vacuum inside I was disappointed because It was poor quality, but I’m very conscious It’s not a detailed service, but when I finished my errands and saw my car outside already dry, I realized I had been charged for a mediocre service. Given the price, I had expected at least a decent wash. This isn’t my first time, but I changed locations to see if they do better, but I was wrong.

Terrible. My backseats still have crumbs everywhere from my kids. It’s like they didn’t even attempt to vacuum. Spray not wiped in my front seats. It would have taken less time just to do it myself.
