These guys do a good job and they are fast, you don't need an appointment. They do sell a hodgepodge of mostly name brand, mostly imported decent quality tires. If American made is a deal breaker to you, you've been warned. The waiting room is not very impressive, pretty plain, but you won't be there long. Prices are fair. They are good about honoring warranties as long as your tires are rotated and serviced regularly by one of their shops.

Formerly peerless tyre. There are the locations in Topeka. I highly recommend this location at huntoon and gage. I bought 4 new tires 6 months ago here. One of them developed a hole in the sidewall on my way to work. Road hazard didn't cover it and I didn't have any funds that day but they were nice enough to mount a previous tire for me so I could get by till I got paid. The location on South Topeka Blvd however not so friendly. More like "could care less tire." Today I found myself in the same situation different tire. I happened to be on South Topeka Blvd . I pulled in same scenario same previous tire in the back. When the guy came out he says j your hole is in the side wall. Surprised at my luck for developing leans in the side wall I already know this means road hazard will not cover. I explain that I have no funds and asked if he could simply mount the previous tire which equivocates less work than about if road hazard scenarios. Not only did he say rust hazard didn't cover a simple mount he said he would have to charge me $ 30 to mount a used to tire. Seriously? $30 to mount my used tire into a rim after 2 off your tires I bought new just 6 months ago have failed and a sidewall leak clears you of being obligated to any road hazard labor and here we are hours away from a snow storm and you can do a simple mount in fact you want to charge me thirty dollars after I just stated I have no money . You inform me that to take a will which is already off the vehicle now and remove the tire that you sold me a few months ago and put my previous tire onto that rim and put it back on the vehicle with you were going to have to do anyway at no charge would cost me 30 bucks. I won't do business at the south Topeka Blvd location. But, the manager and people at the hunting and gage store are good people . There's nothing worse than feeling far from home when a snow storm is marching your way than pulling in feeling hope only to find yourself no better of in fact now you stand in a room of people who you've trusted with your car and money now feeling like your on a desert island . As I walk towards the door with my key I'm thinking of the bubbles I just witnessed rolling down the sidewall of my tire the money I spent in that store as I turn back to see them all working as tho I was never there. Forgotten already when I'm not buying 4 new tires. The snow is coming and I'm driving down the Blvd with bubbles running down the sidewall of my tire and here comes a snowstorm. Same company two very different stores again if you are contemplating going to tires for less formally peerless tire not sure what the full new name will be I do not recommend the one on South Topeka boulevard go to the one on huntoon Gage or the one at 4th and Kansas.

Place is amazing!! My husband and I were traveling to Colorado and ended up with a screw in our tire.. we pulled off the highway and called peerless tires, they got us in right away and didn’t charge us! Got us back on the road in under 20 minutes! The compassion and service they provided was top notch! Highly recommend! In a world where everyone puts profits over people.. this place gave me hope! I will definitely go there again! Great people, great service!!

I would highly recommend Gills Point S on Huntoon. Dustin was very informative about the tires he recommended I purchase for my Mazda CX9 Touring. I was able to get my tires put on and pick it up same afternoon. He recommended I come back the next day to have the lights tightened before I went out of town for an appointment. Jesse came right out to help me and I was there in less than 5 minutes. I give them a 10/10.

I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys are great. Had an issue with a trouble light coming on, pulled in and Dustin came out immediately, read the code, identified the issue, explained the needed service, and wrote me up an estimate on the spot The estimate was transparent, I knew what the price was on every part and what labor would be. They scheduled me for the next afternoon, but I had some time free up unexpectedly in the AM and they fit me in and got me back on the road in about an hour and 15 minutes We've been looking for a quality all purpose shop since Washburn Auto closed a few years ago, and these guys fit the bill

Went in yesterday to have tire fixed, they said tire was to old to fix. They said we should have went to Harolds tire. Asked them how much new tires would be and they could not find a price for the tires. They talked crap on me owning a jeep and they would not own one. Also over hear them as a van pulled in, say I hope they don't come here, I don't want to work on that. That was the time we walked out and went to Harolds tire and got the tire fixed and price to order new tires. Will never go back to Gills and will recommend Harolds tire to everyone. Peerless tire alway had our business and treated us well, bought many tires over the years from them.
