Review short version: Fantastic!! Review long version: Now for a bit more information which I hope serves to help others in their decision-making process. Pemberton Detailing completed paint correction, ceramic coating, window tent, wrapped the roof + mirrors in black, and did a chrome delete (blackout) on our 2017 Lexus RC 350 F-Sport. The car was purchased pre-owed a few months prior to this and the front end of the car was a bit rough from highway miles and the rest of the car needed some TLC due poor wash habits from the previous owner. Having some experience working in a body shop in my younger years and having an eye for details, I knew what was needed to bring it back but didn't have the time to do the work myself. After a bit of research, I found Zach and his team at Pemberton Detailing. Let me just start with this. Pemberton Detailing is not your average car wash/detail shop. These guys do high level, professional automotive work and they do it well. Zach was able to present and explain all of the options for my car and my budget to help me make an informed decision before getting started. They kept me posted via text message along the way from drop off to pick-up. There were a few issues along the way but how the problems were handled is honestly what left such a positive impression around the experience. Rather than just letting something leave the shop in hopes that the customer will be okay with the work, Zach notified me of the issue and even upgraded the material used from vinyl to black PPF. It wasn't that the shop did a poor job on the roof and mirror wrap, it was that the material that I selected didn't achieve the results that Zach wanted to see. He re-did the work and upgraded the material at no cost to me. I hadn't even seen the car at this point so this didn't come from a complaint or something I had to ask for. He just did it because he only wanted to best possible work to leave the shop. Customer service goes a long way! In the end, I am thrilled with the work! The car looks absolutely amazing 🙂 I'll be bringing future cars to Pemberton Detailing and will recommend them to all of my friends and family. THESE GUYS ARE GOOD!! P.S. I was hesitant to book a detail bc I’ve never had one done before, BUT our truck looks brand NEW again and smells new! Every inch of it was polished inside and out. SEAT STAINS REMOVED and white dog hairs out of the black carpet. ALL FABRIC WAS CLEANED. The WINDOW TINT looks amazing too! All done in one day. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. They even kept it in the garage an extra night to avoid the rain. Easy pick up and drop off. Convenient online pay. I’ve already booked an appointment. For my car and I will use this service again. I’ve been taking my Jeep to Pemberton for years now, and I always look forward to my yearly cleaning! The guys always do a great job with both the interior and exterior detail, making it very easy for me to keep my car clean throughout the year with regular car washes and light dust removal. What can I say. Pemberton’s did the most amazing job I have ever had done! There is no one that does it better! I put it in the budget that every year around Christmas time all our cars get scheduled to be detailed by Pemberton’s. It’s a great way to go through the winter with our vehicles freshly protected with the wax coating they put on it. They definitely go over and above! I would never take our vehicles anywhere else.

I’m a former customer. Pemberton seems to struggle with basic admin tasks. On three separate days I called and left a voicemail, called, and also submitted a form online trying to get a quote for ceramic coating. No response. Conversely, I called Shannon at Buddy’s, Rusty with New Again, and Jim at House of Shine. All three gave me quotes and were genuinely super nice and helpful people. I’d recommend going with one of those 3 guys before Pemberton if you value customer service.

Wow!! As always, Zach and crew out did themselves on my new 2026 Cadillac Lyriq-V Premium!! Full frontal PPF, full hood, full front fenders, PPF strip between the windshield and sun roof as well as a PPF luggage strip on rear bumper. Also tinted the front windows to match the rest of the car….and then applied an 8 year ceramic coating to all exterior painted surfaces. Pemberton has detailed all of my cars, PPF’d the Mustang and ceramic coated the truck. He is busy, so you have to get an appointment and be patient, but he’s worth the wait if there happens to be one. He’s the best this area has & I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles. I’ll always bring my cars here as long as I live in the area!
