The staff at Peniel are competent professionals that have taken care of my family's cars (6 different vehicles) for the past 8+ years. Their professionalism, customer service, and quality work is unmatched by any other service provider in the area. They are fair and won't rip you off. I was truly compelled to write this review, which was long overdue after they just took care of a serpentine belt and front brakes for my son's car, who is currently away at bootcamp. Another service provider quoted my son's girlfriend over $300 more than Peniel for the same job. It's should be a criminal offense how some auto shops overcharge people. Peniel team, keep doing what you're doing. God bless you all!

Luis is a very knowledgeable and competent mechanic. I have seen other very good mechanics send work that they weren't able to do to Peniel. Very reasonable with his prices, doesn't overcharge or try and 'get over' on you. You dont find many mechanics you can trust, but Luis is one of the BEST in Town!!

We were having problems with the car. Stopped in at Pennie’s and Luis and the other mechanic greeted us, came out to check the car, told what was wrong and gave us great advice on what to do because we were headed to Orlando. Wouldn’t accept anything for just checking the vehicle. God bless you both, your families and your business!
