The service I received was amazing. The gentleman that helped me out was very nice and answered all my questions. The one thing I loved is that they didn't pressure me into getting a bunch of extra stuff that I didn't need. The service I received was very fast. Had my transmission flushed. My girl got her brakes done there and a couple months later they started grinding so we had it looked at some where else and they found out this shop left calliper bolts out and the caliper slides seazed up so they had to put new brakes and new. Slides and bolts this shop doesn't care about peoples life's do dangerous stuff like that you can't do a half... Job

I have been here on and off over the years out of sheer convenience, I am meticulous about vehicle maintenance, too bad these guys are not, seeing as they are in the business of automotive maintenance themselves. But I am done. They claim to perform a vehicle inspection, you know- check the air in the tires, fluid levels, running lights etc. At least that's what the receipts claim they do; but in reality they do nothing of the sort unless you specifically ask and then babysit the tech to ensure that he does and you will have to remind him of everything. They are more concerned with getting your car in and out as fast as possible, maybe trying to upsell you an air filter or wiper blades if they aren't difficult to check. I have never had a vehicle properly greased here, either nor have they ever checked my rear differentials. Regarding what exact oil you get pumped into your car, it probably isn't what you are paying for. Unless you request and pay extra for a bottled oil (and again, you had better babysit them to ensure they use it) I'm 99% confident that they are pumping whatever the cheapest stuff they have and just saying it is whatever you asked for, it sure in the hell isn't Pennzoil. They do actually change your oil (a basic LOF) but past that, they never do anything else when they are supposed to give your vehicle at least a once-over to spot any potential areas that require attention as they claim with the full-service package. I have left there with my tires under-inflated (every time pretty much, even after watching the tech "check" them), my radiator and overflow bottle low, bad wiper blades, burnt out light bulbs, and more. Source- I used to manage a chain of Pennzoil fast-lubes in Wisconsin. I have tried calling the manager but he doesn't seem too concerned with customer satisfaction and the owner will not return my calls after leaving multiple messages for him to call me. It's one of the worst-run fast lubes I have ever seen.

Horrible place, do not take your vehicle there. Took my van there to get a simple pull change and the guy broke my oil cap to where you can't get the dip stick put. They told me to bring it back the next day when the mechanic was in & they keep giving me the run around that the mechanic isn't in .

I went there because my son uses them, (he was with me) but he admits that mine was a different interaction than his. 1st he said to me that his oil changes start at 50. I told him I planned on getting the full synthetic. He asked me how long I had the car, my thermostat was installed wonky, then said I’d have to come back next day because my oil filter was cross threaded. Dude wanted to get me alone without my son to get money from me(I’ve seen the routers before) I took my car to Walmart and they changed my oil with no problems. If you are an older woman with an older car steer clear of this place!

My default location for when I need an oil change! Mechanics who know their stuff and not looking to price gauge you. The staff is friendly, professional, keeps you informed. One person (I don't remember his name) kindly readjusted my front bumper. A small service that improved the look of my car. Did more than my insurance ever could. Always appreciative of the customer service they provide here!

(WARNING)Took my truck in to get rear brake line installed and brakes bled on all four sides Took them several hours And they first quoted me at $100 then they called me told me that the ABS module was overheating and I needed a new one Never heard of this in my life saying that I needed it for it to have brakes🧢They did show me the code on the computer that was valid, but what got me is when I left they had the brake line rubbing all on the driveshaft, making a terrible sound With absolutely zero 0 brakes/no pressure almost wrecked, pulling out Onto Ballinger hwy also ran the brake line on the outside of the frame instead of the inside of the frame and it was Leaking where the line crosses over on the rear end I ended up doing it myself took me 30 minutes In my drivewayto bleed the system that they didn’tevery single caliper was dry With the dirt/mud and bleeder screws We’re not even touched And no signs of brake fluid anywhere spent $311 with a them for nothing at all !!Definitely got scammed I Will be complaining to corporate Pennzoil/Business bureau!!!-If they would’ve just did the work the proper way I had many vehicles that needed work done and I would’ve been a great customer

Thankfully the only thing I came in for was an oil change. I wouldn't trust them to fix anything on my car. They were done with my oil change in 10 min. Great, right? No! On my receipt it checks off everything they checked. The receipt said they checked everything. That is a lie. Nothing was checked. Nothing was topped off. I'm fact, I even had to ask him if he checked my tires. He asked if I had a warning light for my tires. I told him no, but he should still check them. I will never go back.
