Take your business somewhere else , especially service center , took my car there 2 times for check engine light ( incorrect air flow ) both times spend thousands of dollars on repair! After couple hr after picking up my car still have same problem, same code ( Tod was the one talking to me first 2 times ). They won't give your money back ! Definitely not coming back there again !!!!!!

They had the worse mechanics and unconcerned managers. John and Patrick ( over that department never to this day has called me back and I've called several times and left messages to speak with him). I keep talking to Aaron who's the person that is Pat's back up when Pat's out. Aaron just spins me and hasn't solved a thing. They charged 1,300 for check engine light ( the specialist replaced the radiator and a sensor) and the light came back on the next morning. My husband and I were told by the manager John that it could be a million things wrong🤬 after your"specialist in that area" fixed it. We took it back about 5 days later (I took a picture of my dashboard the day I called to show them and show the mileage and that the engine light was back on). John told me it would take a few days again to look at it because the specialist in that area had a look at it. This time he, John, said that it was the timing chain on the engine and would cost over 2,000. I wanted to know why such a major thing wasn't looked at before and was told that once that technician saw the radiator had a hairline crack he didn't look at anything else 🤨. I didn't let them attempt to fix it again so John asked me how many miles did I drive when I picked it up the first time before the next morning when the light came back on.That was a ridiculous question because you took the mileage when I initially dropped it off and saw it when I brought it in.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with the Randy Wise Chevrolet Service department! I myself bought a brand new 2023 Hyundai Elantra from Randy Wise Hyundai. The lawnmower man we had scratched my car, and my car had to be seen at Randy wises main Body shop which is this one. I initially dealt with the assistant manager Nick, and honestly I had more help from him on what to do than my insurance was offering which was really great. Derrick at the Randy wise Hyundai dealership set me up with Nick on a side note. You will see in the photos, but once the work started it only took about a week. When I got my car back it looked perfect, It was washed and treated on the outside which made it look better than new. Everything looked perfect, and it was even detailed on the inside! My overall experience was a 10 out of 10! Thanks Randy Wise! Check out these before and after photos, they say a lot!
