Poor customer service. Took over 1 hour to get in. Over 20 min to try and get lug nuts off a 2019 and couldn’t do it. Fixed hole in tire while on the vehicle. Still charged $22 for a fix that if I could’ve, would’ve taken me 20 min to do at home without special tools. Didn’t replace valve stem cap.

I Brought my van here to get fuel injector fixed and Rex (the mechanic) did an awesome job!! He took the time to talk to me and show me so that I understood what was wrong with my van. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!! I also needed a tire fixed and Dave took care of it. Very fast and friendly service. And to top it off the manager Kelly is super friendly and has awesome customer service skills!!! And for all the women out there… ya know how you go to a garage and a lot of the time they will try to take advantage of you being a woman and assume you’re probably not very knowledgeable in auto mechanics so Garages try to hike up the price on things, tell you there is more things wrong with your vehicle, etc …. They have NEVER done that to me. They are ALWAYS very honest and they show/explain things so that I understand what’s going on with me vehicle and I REALLY APPRECIATE that!!! Awesome place all around!!

I spoke to Tanisha to get a quote on a tire pressure sensor. After waiting for 15 minutes, I gave up. I got three quotes from different shops in less than 2 minutes (each shop). If I can't get a simple quote like this, what happens with a difficult fix. The mechanics here are great, but this woman seemed clueless.

Took my wives car to KAN ROCK TIRE on S. Dort Hwy to have her winter tires put on & was impressed with the service I received. Brian Jones was the technician & he did a great thorough job, even doing a "courtesy inspection" that I was not expecting. I will definitely return for any tire needs.

This place was amazing. I’m going back tomorrow to get the rest of my breaks done. But the manager was so kind and knew I was in a tight spot and helped me out knowing I had to have a reliable car for my daughter as we’re in Ann Arbor almost weekly with appointments for her. He was wonderful and helpful and did his best to help come up with a plan. I will be getting all future services done here. Highly recommend.

I had my wheel barrings done and they did do a great job. However, I gave 3 stars because I took my vehicle in for an inspection. Instead of the manager communicating with me about everything he had to do that would cost me out of pocket he took it upon himself to do what he wanted and it cost me $60 for only 3qrtz of oil when he could have just did a oil change and I would have paid for it. Instead I paid for 3 quartz that I didnt agree to just to still need my oil change. I'll never go back to them because it should have been communicated before proceeding. If an inspection is free but you know you have to go further to figure out the problem then that should be communicated because from a customer point of view well mines I don't know the difference or procedures I should have been informed ahead of time because Im thinking it's free for just an initial inspection but was told something completely different.

I selected this location because I was an emergent need of getting this repair completed. My previous repair shop did not have any availability. And when I booked this, I was told that the car would be retrieved by 11:30 AM. when I got on site, the manager told me that there was two cars ahead of me and I will get it a little bit after 11 a. M. I did not realize that it would take over eight hours to repair and plug two tires. Additionally, the. rudeness of the mechanic who called me and the abrupt rudeness from the manager when I arrived on site made this a rather hostile and aggressive conversation in situation that I as a customer should not be placed in. He outlined all of his concerns concerning corporates Implementation and outsourcing of a call center that he does not have any control over and the miscommunication that come from them.. was interesting. However, irrelevant to me as the customer, as I have no control over this, and I can only go by what information I provided from a representative of this particular company. What I have received from this company in the. merits of behavior exemplifies poor customer service. It is high. at its highest fashion. This is so intolerable that I am willing to pay double to go to the dealership than to ever go to an organization in a company such as this..

Made an appointment for an alignment. Showed up for the appointment just to be told I don't have an appointment, and that the alignment machine is down and has been for quite some time. They were rude acting like I'm lieing or trying to pull one over on them. They wasted my time and my money. The way they talk to people will be the cause of death for the company. Kan Rock was awesome before Monroe took over. Seems like now they have gotten too big for their own britches

I came in just knowing I was going to need atleast one tire, maybe 2 @ $113 a piece. The lady at the front was quite helpful and cheerful (on a Monday of all days.) After inspection Brian showed me that I only had a small leak in one and a valve stem needed for the other! $37 later I'm back on the road. They could have easily told me I needed one tire and took me for the money but didn't. This place has made a new returning customer today.

Absolutely horrible. I arrived at the store, told the lady I was purchasing a synthetic blend oil change Groupon coupon. About 15 minutes after I purchased the coupon she told me to go ahead and pay for, she told me her computer would not let her give my car the synthetic blend option. Even though that is the type of oil I have gotten in my car for years at other establishments. I told her that’s what I wanted. After the oil change was completed she tried to charge me 110 dollars saying they couldn’t put that oil in because of her computer. She would not let me leave until I paid the difference and threatened to call the police on me until I did. She ended up talking to a manager and got the price down, so on top of the Groupon coupon I purchased I had to pay an extra 35 dollars. I will never go back. This is the most expensive oil change I have ever paid for and also the most stressful. Terrible service.

Scheduled an appointment online to have my tires realigned and actually called after I scheduled it to get a quick price quote before coming in, told them the year make model and told me the price and that it would be ok only to come in the following day at my appointment time to be told that they don’t have the equipment to do the alignment for my car. Complete the waste of time.

Always honest, friendly and fair! Drive from northern Genesee Co and wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else!!! I initially gave this a 5-star, until I went to cash out and the asst manager would not give me the $10 off as advertised since he had “already given me a break on my service for having to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change.” Very misleading and promotional sign should include a disclaimer.

They worked on my 20 year old vehicle, at first thought I needed a part but troubleshooted further saving me the need for one. Nate invited me back to look at the issues. Good staff, would recommend. At Monroe Tire you will find a honest and hardworking crew under Shaun Woods. I brought my car in with issues that someone tried to tell him what was wrong. For just a moment they tried to take our word. However, advised me that wasn't what was truly wrong. Shaun was able to make suggestions with what was wrong with the car. He also made recommendations for tires with out pushing the sale. Which I new I needed tires before his recommendation. Shaun said hey are buy 3 get 1 free right now so I caved. I came in to have a tire looked at. Found out it couldn’t be repaired, and I would need to purchase a new tire. I decided on two. Because I was in the middle of a delivery, time was of the essence. Not only did KELLY OSTERMAN leave the front counter to go into the shop to help, but because of her help, the technician was able to get me in and out with 2 new tires installed in under 40 minutes, saving me from being late for my customer. If you are looking for quality tires and or automotive service, look no further than Kanrock Tire on Dort Highway!! They will do you right!!
