Terrible service department. Doesn't let you know they don't have any techs to diagnosis your vehicle. They're using contractors. I've been waiting over a week just to get a diagnosis, and went to get the car back, for another dealership, they disconnected stuff, and no tech onsite to fix. I can't pick up my vehicle now. Worst company to get service from, avoid this place.

Went to get oil change and tire rotation. Diesel fuel filter change. Got charged for all. But my tires were not rotated. The air pressure on all 4 tires was all different. I asked, but was told that they were rotated. I didn't hear the air pressure gun.

Do not take your vehicle here to get fixed. Took truck in explained issue in FULL detail paid $140 for a FULL diagnostic test. Got truck back said EVERYTHING had been fix. A week later truck doing the exact same thing again was told to bring it back in. Take it in 8am did not hear from anyone until I called and was told that it was not serviced and the mechanic was gone for the day. Okay got a call this morning stating they were looking at it. Got another call this afternoon stating I have to pay another 140 to do a FULL diagnostic test because they only ran the codes last time and fixed the codes but this time they did a full diagnostic test to see what the issue was mind you when it was brought in the first time they did a FULL diagnostic test and found all the issues. Then to be told it would be $640 plus tax to fix the issue that should have been found the fist time. Not to mention the first time the total was almost $800. They prey on young people and women think it’s they know nothing. Don’t go here

I brought my 2024 Chevy Trax 2rs in for an oil change, it is supposed to take 5w30 full synthetic oil. they used ow20 oil which does work better in colder climates but it could damage my vehicle over time and I just got it I wish they would have just used the 5W30 oil that they were supposed to use because that works good in cold and hot temperatures. I called and asked about it the receptionist said that it was okay that they're basically the same and yes they are basically the same but the viscosity is different. They also put me down as them working on my 2025 Chevy Trax ls but that's not the car that I had the oil change done on it just seemed a little sloppy and rushed I will still continue to go through you guys because you guys are quick and you guys usually do a pretty good job.

I took my 2025 2500HD with 753 miles on it for it's first oil change. The technician scuffed the mirror on my truck exiting it when in the hoist bay, the technician left greasy hand prints all over my door, fender, and on the hood. He also left scuff marks from his shoes on driver's door liner and speaker grill. He also left big greasy footprints on my brand new side bar, and floor mat. I went back and they put some stuff on the mirror scuff but you can see the mark still, I will never return to Applegate Chevrolet!

Your staff was extremely rude and condescending. You were very overpriced and didn't check all items we asked for. The timeliness was TERRIBLE, even after we explained how soon we needed the work done. Having an appointment was useless. If i wasn't totally disabled, I could have done the work myself for a third of the time and price. Now I have too take my truck to another shop to get everything done that they didn't do. I will never take my vehicle into Applegate again for anything and will find somewhere else to purchase my next vehicle. I will never suggest Applegate to any one ever again. I ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T TAKE ZERO STARS.

Had a issue with my vehicle which should of been included in the recall, all other gm dealerships I called could’ve cared less. When I called Applegate, I spoke with a gentleman named Daniel, and to say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. Not only did they get my vehicle excepted into the recall, which it clearly was the issue. They got it done swift And fast during a busy week. These fellas definitely earned my business for life, and I couldn’t be more appreciative for everything. I would give 10 stars if able!

Great overall experience, I made an appointment the day before via phone with Miles for Noon. I arrived and within minutes my truck was pulled back by the technician and work began. After only 40mins of so my truck was completed. Easy in and out service. Would recommend. #jamesismycarguy
