Completely botched a job ruining the vehicle worse then when it was brought in which in turn totalled out the car. Shop took no responsibility don't bring your car here unless you want it ending up in the junkyard

Im still waiting for this place to open it's 9:30. I spoke to the manager yesterday(Sunday) scheduled to have my car towed at 9am opening time. He said the mechanic want be here til 10am..So I'm thinking the machanic is the owner, manager, the front desk representative and the janitor. Five bays and they are all closed at this time of morning. I should have payed closer attention to the web site because the bays are closed on there too.PISSED!

By far one of the most professional, courteous and affordable foreign and domestic shops out there between the the two owner operations they each bring a huge amount and key expertise to the table .I took a stab in the dark and usually we all know how that goes "?but this time it was the right call and I have my mechanics for all my go-to automotive needs and maintenance. Shady business practices paid for used transmission never put the transmission in and made vehicle worse paid fur new engine didn’t fit fit stuck with the engine and had to buy another one and got charged twice paid fur general maintenance car still acting up probably didn’t actually do the job also bad attitude and bad customer service all around terrible want money back won’t recommend won’t return probably gunna sue

He took care of everything through SoS, too! They made it easy, and the car is really fantastic! They even changed the oil and filter for me. My air conditioner went out and the dealerships were charging $500 to $3000 to repair it. Someone referred me here and I called to see if I could get my 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500HD in. They answered and kindly told me to bring it up within the hour. They diagnosed my problem and had me out within a couple of hours. My air is blowing winter cold and the price was no where close to dealership prices. I'm very satisfied and I will be back if another problem arises.

I ended up needing a new alternator, and even though they had not worked on my specific vehicle before, after some diagnostics to find the true source of the problem, they got me up and running in no time. They even adjusted the estimate when it didn't take as long as they originally expected. The waiting area was very well-kept, and I felt welcome to wait inside. Dutch was friendly and helpful, and both he and Mancin, who worked on my car, answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns.

High Tech Repair was such a great experience! Nobody likes having car trouble, but they made the process very smooth. I was given honest advice and care for my van, they worked hard to let me be aware of what was wrong and what I didn’t need to worry about, and the turn around of getting my van back couldn’t have been better. Excellent experience. Our car had a suspension part snap on the freeway and we were recommended to High Tech. Reviewed the issue, gave us a quote, cautioned us that because of the age of the vehicle it wasn't guaranteed that additional issues wouldn't show up. In the end, even with the quote of $500 out there, the mechanic told us if it was his car, he would salvage it (yes, it was that bad; rusted frame). He could have pushed us to invest the money, could have given us false hopes, but he didn't. If we lived in the Flint area, High Tech would be our new family mechanic. Super honest. Great service.
