Went to Genesee Auto to have them fix and replace driver side CV Axle on '16 Buick Lacrosse. The CV axle was a part I identified that needed fixing. Repair was done in a timely matter and satisfied with results. Shop did not pull any shady acts like trying to upsell any unnecessary fixes. Price I paid compared to Belle tire was lower. Definitely will keep this shop in mind next time something else arises.

The young kid is going to ruin this company. The young kid was impatient and rude with a customer on the phone before I had a chance to talk to him. Had to remove my car before work was done for lack of professionalism.

These guys are the real pros...thought I needed a wheel bearing ( I even had the part with me) but they told me it was just my tires. They could have taken me for a ride but didn’t. I bought tires and everything turned out great. Highly recommend them!

I can't even imagine going anywhere else. These guys are great, don't take advantage of you. They have worked with me when I told them funds were limited so they didn't try to sell me on bells and whistles. Last time I took it there, I told them I thought I broke the ball joint because the tire wouldn't spin. Turns out my brakes just got rust glued on it. Super honest people there. I always recommend them to friends and family.

Owner's son was extremely rude on the phone. I had to drive my car home due to their complete lack of transparency. You would expect some communication even as simple as a phone call with an update on things but not here apparently. Also, your car is not secure if you leave it with them the most concerning things I noticed was: 1) the keys were just left in the vehicle when I picked it up so it could have been stolen 2) the e-brake was not engaged and the car was sitting in neutral near an incline Sad, since I had good work here done in the past but things have really gone down hill since then.

Just called to get an idea of pricing. The guy was super rude from the minute he answered the phone and seemed irritated that someone would call for that reason. No problem taking the business elsewhere fella. It’s reasonable for people to call for some information or a quote. I see 3 other posts in just the last 3 weeks directly rating them this way over the gentleman answering the phone. One mentioned that it was the owners son specifically. Seems like maybe this was a good business, but going in the wrong direction.
