I love Tuffys so much, they really look out for you and help you with minor stuff that they won’t even fr charge you if it’s super duper minor other companies would just for the fun of it and money of it, which that’s sad but not tuffys they work with you and understand you are your situation which is why I appreciate this company more than they know I been coming here since 2021 Brad is always been a big help he’s the coolest I know and his partner with the grey beard i appreciate them a lot and appreciate their caring AND PRICING IS WORTH IT AND UNDERSTANDING.!!!! Took my car in because my pipe broke to my muffler so it was hanging and at first they told me I needed a whole new muffler but when I told them I couldn't afford that they looked through their scrap and found a piece they could use to fix my pipe at no charge! These guys are amazing 10/10 would highly recommend!

The Tuffy on Dort Highway has been a life saver to me! They replaced my alternator and battery the same day, as I rolled into the parking lot (hoping my car would make it). Even though the time was long, the company was pleasant. I felt taken care of. This place has taken care of my lady a couple of times now. From her fiesta dropping it’s entire caliper into the wheel to her engine blowing smoke she has come home ranting and raving about how they explain what they explained is going on with her car to a VERY low bill to go with it. She and I are beyond thankful for the guys at this shop. There’s not many places you can comfortably let a gal go into alone and not expect a $500+ bill to go with it but this place does it, and does it consistently.

I had my car towed here as it wouldn't start. They got it started and stated that it wasn't a fix but I could pick up my car with no charge. When I went to get it, it died as they were pulling out of the garage. It was closing time so they offered to keep it overnight and referred me to a place that could fix what was out of their scope. I had it towed the next morning to said place and it was fixed within hours! The professionalism and kindness from these young men was so appreciated. The honesty was so refreshing and they were helpful when they didn't need to be. Excellent customer service.. thank you Clayton and crew!!
