The owner is HORRIBLE! She has horrible people skills. We were told that they could put our vehicle on the diagnostic machine in 15 mins. We left and came back a hour and a half later and the car still wasn’t looked at. We asked if it was possible that the car could be looked at today or if we needed to take it elsewhere. She gave us our keys back with an attitude because we asked questions. She was VERY rude. Would NOT recommend! Learn how to talk to your customers.

I called and spoke with a Sarah about any openings they may have a the moment she expressed that they had an opening I drove there literally 5 mins down the road only to see a mechanic pulling a car into the empty port making all car ports full I called inside asked her and she was very rude and said first come first served you could have expressed that when I called poor customer service also they charge 25$ for exceptions on mufflers when the other locations like grand blanc & Davison are Free

After going to 3 other muffler shops, I was told my exhaust system was too complicated for them to do a custom setup. After stopping in, I showed them pictures of what I wanted, and they did not hesitate one bit to get the job done. I am very happy with the sound and quality of work. I had the complicated factory exhaust taken off of my Mini Cooper S and installed resonators with custom exhaust. I was looking for a specific sound and tone that's exactly what I got. Now, I will be taking the rest of my vehicles in when service is required. THANKS GUYS!!!

Nice people, but please do not come here for any tips of welding or exhaust work every single time I have been here my exhaust falls off or leaks within a week. 2 days after getting some welds done here, I had to go to a different shop to get them fixed and the other mechanic said it looked like a toddler did the welds.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! Olivia, the owner, is super helpful and very nice. She truly cares about her customers and makes sure everything is done right.
