It was busy and the manager was helpful and honest as usual. The one on Pierson Road and Jennings,no they are always busy,which is a good sign. They are helpful and gives you a referral where you can go to get your car fixed. I have never had any issues with them. Honest,hardworking people. So i don't understand why others gave them a bad review. I have been taking my various cars to them over 20 + years. I would refer anyone to them,Kevin and his wife earns a A+ in my book anyday and its hard to inpress me. They go far above anyone else.

I recently had my car repaired because I believe in supporting our African American people and businesses, once I dropped off my car hours later I remember I left some money in the console department I figured if it’s missing it would be my fault for having money left behind. I picked up my car thinking my money would be missing, but I must say all the money were still in it’s place. Not only was I pleased with the results of my car being repaired. but the front desk receptionist Theresa is just awesome she is concerned and gives you the attention needed when it comes to your vehicle. I am happy I support our Black Business. No disappointment here.

Came in today as a walk in. Ok. First impression is very good. I called ahead to get a quote, which is what brought me into their location to begin with. When I arrived, I was the only customer. That was cool, because my wait time was zero!! Apparently, that’s unusual so I was pleased. The staff at Better Buy took care of my brakes and an exhaust issue I was having, at a very fair price (well below several unnamed competitors) and had me in and out in under an hour. I would recommend this business to others, and they have earned me as a return customer. Very Good job Better Buy Brakes & Muffler

Tried to scam me. I had rear brakes done here when they were finished the guy told me i needed my front brakes changed badly. But I had my front brakes changed literally 1.5 weeks before and the fact they never looked at my front brakes in the first place. All they did was my rear brakes and my rims are solid so they can't see my brakes or rotors without removing my front tires. I told the guy they changed my front brakes 1.5 weeks before and he tried to say my rotors were dangerous. The place that changed my front brakes ( quiet line) told me my front rotors were fine. And changed my front pads Go somewhere they're not going to scam you

Could not turn left for the last few days. My co workers talk about your business. Decided to make the call to get my car checked out. Turns out, needed a new sway link. I called and I guess the Service Advisor was in the middle of a very heated conversation because she yelled at me while i was saying hello lol, then i said oh wow and asked if they serviced starters because I wasnt sure from the internet and she said dripping with attitude "what?" I repeated myself but because she was still yelling in the background I said nevermind and hung up. I work customer service in the automotive field and Im surprised she has a job 😆 just wow.

Save your money and time go somewhere else. Did multiple repair services and had to come back to get it fixed correctly . Dean told me they don’t work for free. Never asked for anything free just wanted my truck fix correctly. Took it somewhere else and they told me they installed my driveshaft that was 2 inch shorter than my truck Required.

I was uninformed on what I had to do after they completed an issue. I came back up to the shop asked why this issue was continuing the clerk said I wrote what you had to do on the receipt 😒 why couldn’t you have told me this when I paid. They are bad with verbal communication.
