Can’t speak to the negative reviews, but I have to give this place a 5 star. We blew a tire on a trailer on the highway nearby. Called them to see if they had a replacement, and they did! Other tire shops in the area didn’t stock trailer tires. The team went above and beyond to get us back on the road on a late Friday afternoon. The manager was right there helping his team the entire time. These guys were great! Highly recommend!

A lot of the air pumps were down or compressors were frozen in Flint and a lot of them just took my quarters then a neighbor told me to go to Belle tire for FREE air; I was trying to avoid Miller road because of bad weather and it being the day before Christmas Eve but knowing everything would be closed the next two days for the holiday and not having any luck thus far I kept calm and carried on to Miller road and I was greeted with a smile in the snow because their front free air hose was DOWN TOO (I almost cried) but somebody came out and told me to pull around back and after they topped off my three tires I was on my way within 5 minutes. I highly recommend and will be back for ALL my tire needs!

I went to belle tire on Miller rd on Saturday 3/23/19 and purchased two new tires. First off, u can see whut the tires looked like! They won't put them on display like that, but they'll put them on ur vehicle looking that way! I asked do they wipe them off at all and they said no. Left out w/ the two tires only to have to return Tuesday 3/26/19 b/c driver's side(front) tire was extremely low. After over an hr I was told that the valve stem had a slice in it & they supposedly replaced it. On Thursday 3/28/19 I had to return again b/c front passenger side tire was flat after coming out of meijers doing some shopping. I was very fortunate that meijer has an air pump at the gas station! I immediately called and let them know whut was going on and was told to bring the car in. Thank GOD I wasn't on the highway or somewhere far off when this happened! After getting there I immediately asked "are these New tires??" The rep said "yes, we don't sell used ones". I asked "well why do they look used???" Didn't get a real answer other than they offload em out of a trailer. I was complaining b/c this is the 2nd time(in less than a week) I had to return about 2 "new tires" I Just bought. Bruce(the manager) was at the table behind us and overheard the entire convo and said Nothing! I Know who he is seeing this was my 3rd visit in 6 days. I ended up waiting abot 35 mins before being told "valve stem" again! Bruce finally opened his mouth to say "it wasn't corroded?" Tech responded saying "no". Bruce then said "I'm happy we got that fixed for you". Really?! Not I'm sorry for the inconvenience! Nothing! I guess that's how customers get treated there! If u can check 2 tires and see both have "valve stem" problems then common sense tells me this an issue w/ others. Wouldn't it make sense to check the valve stem BEFORE putting the tire on the vehicle?????? Seeing as though someone cud get seriously hurt messing around w/ belle tire! I'll NEVER return there and will see to it that NO ONE I know & care for goes there!

I really wish there was an option for negative stars. My husband and I came in here because I needed new tires and we were working with Arthur. First off, when we walked in everyone else was clearly busy except for him. He was just standing there on his phone. So we stood there for a little bit and then he finally said “what do you guys need”. Once we told him what we needed he had an extreme attitude the whole time. Felt that we were putting a damper on his phone time. All other employees were running around working hard and he was moving at a slow pace and honestly made us feel like a bother although we are PAYING CUSTOMERS. We had a lot of questions and he continued to Sigh Everytime we asked a question. I told my husband I would rather go somewhere else but he said since we are already here just stay put. So we got 4 new tires for my car and were in the waiting area while they were being put on. I was interested at this pointe to see if this man acts like that towards everyone and I was right. I watched him he so rude to his co workers and like I said, they were all running around and he was just standing there doing nothing, or sitting on his phone. One of the guys that had a desk Up front asked for help and he flat out said NO! I honestly feel bad for anyone that has to work with this man because he seems just nasty. Such a bad attitude. I was going to tell people to never come to this store, but the other managers working don’t deserve that. So I will say, If you choose to come To this store ask to work with anybody else and not Arthur! Everyone else seemed great, but this Arthur guy was just terrible.

TOP NOTCH! Made an appointment for 1/25/25 @ 12p. That morning Arthur called and advised me to bring my vehicle in prior to 12p because they closed @ 1p on Saturdays. Got the car in around 10:30a. The staff worked on it for WELL over an hour. Eventually called my name, went up to the counter, gave me my keys and said you're all set. I asked what I owed and the person's response (I'm guessing it was Arthur) was "nothing". I pressed a little harder and said "I have to pay you something, your crew worked on that over an hour". His response, nope you don't owe Belle Tire anything. Apparently there was only dirt in between the tire walls and the rims . They took all 4 tires off, removed them from the rims, cleaned them and sent me on my merry way... free of charge. I'd highly recommend this place.

Will put good tires on bad rims. They do not check for leaks and chargers twice as much to mount and balance as anywhere else. Budget tire on Corunna Rd.

I would only recommend if you like over paying and on top of that they are horrible at allignments and balancing tires, I had to take my truck elsewhere just to get the tires balanced correctly because them doing it 3 times and still being bad is crap

I prefer this location than the other two I have near me and that are closer. This Belle tire always takes care of me from the time I was 21. They can always guarantee me that they will have my car done & pushed out sometime by the end of the day. They’re good with phone calls, keeping me informed and updated and trying to work with me in any way that they can and I will always come here for my car needs. I trust them!

And yesterday, when I was approached by a friendly tire technician who was helping a customer back out of the garage bay, I mentioned I had dropped one of my valve caps behind my tire and asked for a replacement. Good if you need your tires. Like the one I went to on Pierson rd, they ended up trying to charge me for work in addition to my tire rotation. When I went to my regular mechanic, who I know and trust, they said it did not need replacing. Different jobs, but between the two, had I listened to them, I would have been out $1,800(there was one thing the place on Pierson recommended my mechanic did for $400-$500 cheaper). Like I said, good for tires (so far), but I would not trust with anything else.

Bought 4 new tires a month and one day ago. Didn't get the extended warranty asked if I could buy the warranty now they said no. Said go ahead and put a new tire on it. Tell me why they could sell me the warranty on the other 3 tires after I bought a new one to replace the damaged one. Buy the warranty if you are buying tires, but it just seems shady that once I replaced the damaged tire they could sell me the warranty on the 3 tires that were a month old then. You'd think that tire would come with a warranty of 90 days anyways. I dont know You'd think paying nearly 1100 dollars for a product they'd guarantee it for a period of time. I'm starting to question the quality of the the product I purchased. I've never used Belle tire before, I've only used sams club previously. I will definitely consider this next time Im in the market.

They do not honor their appointments. Had a 9am appointment today and walked in 45min early to be proactive. Checked in at the desk and confirmed my appointment. 9:45 rolls around and not a word or acknowledgement. I retrieved my keys and left. Unacceptable

They aren’t doing their right job and didn’t tell honest. We found out that one hole from nail in tire so we thought it wasn’t big deal. We need a patch for one hole. We didn’t know we have another hole, that should be replace with new tire automatically. They put two patches, in two days later as today we got tire flat without us knowing what they did. We thought they did do one patch. Please always tell your customers honest and tell what you did!

Came in for an alignment and to just take a look at my vehicle see what else was wrong with it cause I just bought it. They did the alignment told me everything else was solid. I had to come back literally a day later because my steering wheel was all out of whack again everything was shaking come back and they redid everything. Everything was fine. Two days later the same thing happened came back in and redid everything I come back just drive normal same thing happened so I said instead of me wasting my time and money I said ignore it so I paid whatever the price was for the first alignment to be done and it’s still out of whack be aware of this place still is your money. The only way that they look back anything up is obviously with the warranty, however they think it’s your fault when you drive away a day.
