My husband got locked out of the house this past Saturday and I had to leave work because I thought I could get the door open. I tried my neighbor tried and I knew I was going to have to call a locksmith. I was nervous because I never had to do call one before let alone who the person was going to be because it seems like people are so touchy now these days. Well it seems the good lord was looking out for me because I met Mr Tate it took him awhile because we barley use our keys to lock and unlock the door which he was right so I knew he knew what he was talking about.we got in! If you want someone that is friendly and down to earth and knows their job this is the man!! Thank you Mr Tate!!!

Called and told them my lock to my store front was broken and they guy came out, had to use our step stool because he did not bring his own to remove the frame. then proceeded to tell me it was broken. He put everything back together and said he needed to research our lock to find the replacement and called to find out how much to charge us. $120 to tell me it is broke. He was not even here for an hour, maybe 30 minutes. WE will not be using them to fix the door.
