Let me tell you these guys are amazing..one week before sturgis i blow my factory rear air shock on the scoot..everyone online said goes with these guys...emailed them monday morning how no one even have a factory in stock and id rather have theirs anyways if we can make this happen by the weekend..luckily i live only 80 miles from them so i would have picked up in person if need be..but i get an email on wensday ill have my shock thursday its in the mail..they seriously did me a solid to get me on the road and not have to worry about getting the bike back together last minute..if thats not customer service then i dont know what it is..ty to everyone at penske who helped make this happen..

Awesome customer service, the tech tony has rebuilt my front end suspension and is currently doing a service to my rear shock of my kx250f. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and have a quick turn around on their work! And the pricing is more then fair, and I don’t feel like I am over paying at all. Top notch!
