We went here with a flat because it was the closest location and left the car to get repaired. Came back the next day and had all of the things in it stolen from the inside of the car😡

The $20 Uber inspection was conducted in a timely manner and the gentleman at the service desk was affable and professional. 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

Horrible experience at this location brought my car in at 9am for a scheduled appointment to get new tires put on and an alignment, my car wasn’t brought into the shop until 3:10pm when I received a call letting me know I was missing a rim. I brought the rim in at 3:30pm and still by 5pm my car is still in, I asked the technician if he could give a rough estimate on the time as I’ve waited all day already and only got told it’ll be done when it’s done. Very disappointed with the service I received today would have given 0 stars if possible.

Used their website to make an appointment which was easy and fast. Showed up on time and waited less than 45 minutes for my oil change (and there were quite a few cars waiting for service). The front desk girls were awesome and the only technician available that particular day was focused and and on top of it. Great place for a quick oil change. 👍👍👍

Awesome location. Jeremy rocks, the man deserves a huge raise. The techs are excellant, clean, proficient and professional. Fast, and friendly service. I got calls letting me know how everything was going. Awesome prices. Just a great group of guys and gal. I just found my new service location. Here are the pics of my leveling kit I had them install. I'm very pleased. They installed the leveling kit, did an alignment and turned my rotors. I will be back to have them install my add a leaf.

Scheduled an Uber inspection and standard free brakes estimate for Thursday. During intake of car Wednesday night was told that a chip in the windshield would result in a fail for Uber, so we changed service to be brake inspection and estimate only. Never heard from Pep Boys on Thursday. Friday morning was called with the estimate after the inspection that morning. Told them thanks, but I would be declining service and would pick up my car. Upon arrival, person who did the original intake asked for the cost of the Uber inspection. Once the manager said no, there would be no charge, my key was shoved at me. Then I found my car unlocked in the public parking spaces.

Angelica is terrible. This place is a joke. Confirmed my tires were delivered there (TireAgent also confirmed)and then went to my appointment just for her to tell me they weren’t there and I had never spoke with her despite my phone log and emails.

Scheduled an appointment for tires and alignment. Showed up to be told they suddenly dont have the tires, but I could get more expensive ones for sure... no call from them to tell me the tires I ordered werent there... just got me in hoping for the upsell. Will for sure not ever be going there for tires or any other service. Do not recommend these bait and switch artists that just waste your time. The clerk was rude to me and the girl before me that also ended up just walking out. What a joke, location wont last like this.

Getting an alignment was part of the service I paid for but at pick up I asked if they had done the alignment and they said that the technician did not do the alignment because it was not needed . I know my car was in need of an alignment because a different tire shop had checked it a few days before and the other tire shop had let me know that my alignment was in need of service. I let them know at pep boys that a different tire shop recommended it. I ended up leaving without an alignment because it was already closing time .

I recommend to stay away from this place, i made an appointment 2 weeks prior to the service date, dropped off my truck at 920am for a 930 appointment, it took them until 530pm to get it ready. That's 2 hours per tire!! Their progress tracking showed that they started servicing my truck at 130pm, why have me drop it off 4 hrs before its gonna be touched? First and last time having my truck service by this "tire shop" if you can even call it that.

The guy who answered the phone was very condescending. Called to ask about starting price for an AC recharge. I’ve worked in automotive for 8 years so I know a lot about vehicles. To find out that they charge $65 to tell me my system isn’t leaking, then charge additional for the AC service itself is ridiculous.

Used their website to make an appointment, brakes were making too much noise for my taste. Took it in and after an inspection, turns out all it needed was some cleaning, and new brake fluid. The lady that helped me, Angelica, was SUPER nice. They were short staffed, but she was never rude to anyone that came in. A little bit of a wait, but I feel a lot better hitting the brakes now. Thanks again! Definitely coming here for future maintenance work.

I came here one other time for a previous issue with my car and Pep Boys handled it just fine with efficiency, however my visit on 10/23 was vastly different. After dropping my car off at 11:30 this morning I was told the ETA to return my car would be anywhere from 2 hours until they close at 5, which was fine with me. They also told me one car was in front of me and then they will start working on mine. After waiting the whole day, I then get a call at 4:15 ish letting me know they haven’t even touched my car yet which was extremely disappointing. After picking up my keys the same lady at the front gave me my keys saying “oh sorry” while she was on the phone. Talked to the manager over the phone - No offers for compensation for a future visit and will not be returning.

I had went in there with a piece of metal in my tire and they had said it is repairable so I made an appointment they were super accommodating with allowing me to leave my vehicle and a spare key being that I work long days and even when they weren't able to get it in the day of the appointment they got it in the next day repaired the tire free of charge allowed me to leave the vehicle again and returned my keys to me and helped me be able to continue to work and take care of my my tire. I'll definitely be coming here when I need tires and it's good to know old values still exist in current business! Highly recommend them!

My parents recommended this Pep boys for the free tire repairs and I decided to get additional repairs done. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone, and Angelica provided great customer service by breaking down the service paperwork and emailing an estimate for future repairs. The technician that did the work is reliable.

TLDR: Avoid. Go somewhere that actually wants your business. I paid for a warranty with my new tires at the Arvada Pep Boys which recently closed. I got a flat tire and swapped out my spare and drove 35 minutes to this location to get the warranty honored. I was told the old location didn't track things correctly, so I needed to prove to them I really paid for the warranty by providing the paper reciept from several years ago and they didn't have any techs there anyway to help me. Well, I just had my car detailed so the glove box got emptied and I couldn't find papers from the original transaction. When I returned from looking in my glove box there was just nobody even there. So, I packed up my car and drove 35 minutes back to my neighborhood on the spare and went to Les Schwab who took care of me FOR FREE. With customer service like this it's no wonder Pep Boys is struggling, especially when there are nearly a dozen tire service places within walking distance of this location. I recommend you don't waste your time and go somewhere that acts like they want the business.

I bought a set of tires on tire rack and chose Pep Boys near my house to mount them. I made my appointment for Thursday, but received a call that said they do not have an experienced tech on Thursday and we need to reschedule for the following Saturday. The “experienced tech” trashed all four of my wheels during the mounting process. I was told that I must go get estimates to repair them. I signed up to get four tires mounted not to be charged to trash my wheels and then have to go shopping on their behalf. Also, I didn’t come in with wheels that have been repaired. They were in perfect condition. I am not interested in repaired wheels. Making it right would be replacing the wheels. They don’t seem interested in that. What a JOKE!! Do not take your vehicle here for anything! They can’t even mount tires correctly. They should not be trusted with anything!

Please, please, please save your time and money and do not take your business here. When we walked in to this location, the woman at the desk couldn't be bothered to look up or greet us. When she finally said something, she still didn't bother to look away from her screen. We explained to her that we'd just purchased 4 tires from a different Pep Boys location 6 days prior and today two of them were flat. She asked if we had our original receipt, and we told her we did not but the people who installed the tires said that they'd have all of our information in their database and did not need to keep track of the printed receipt. We tried pulling up emails and what we had online, but she said none of that was what she needed. She wouldn't tell us exactly what to pull up or how to find it. She eventually told us she would look us up in a moment. 30 minutes pass without her asking for any of our information or even informing us on anything at all. I wasn't sure how much longer this would have gone on for, so we took our business down the street to Discount Tires. At Discount, I was able to get my salvageable tire repaired for FREE and ordered a new tire for the one that was destroyed. Pep Boys lost a customer so quickly based almost purely on this woman alone. Discount Tires employees were all friendly and took care of me. I was able to get warranty on all my tires through them, and I'll be taking my business there from now on. Wish I'd just gone there to begin with, I cannot believe the quality of service that was provided. If you want customers, acknowledge them. Don't make them feel like they've burdened you by simply bringing their business to you.

I had a great experience at Pep Boys. They replaced my timing belt & fixed radiator. The customer service team was friendly, helpful, and kept me well-updated on the work being done. They set clear expectations for how long the service would take, and everything was completed right on schedule. The only minor downside is that the parking area is a bit small, but it’s still easy enough to navigate. Overall, solid service and a smooth experience—would definitely return.

I purchased tires through a 3rd party online source, for my mother-in-law, and selected this Pep Boys on that website as an installer for those tires. Ours was a slightly unique situation, in that the two driver's side tires had been punctured and poorly patched previously, but as the "old" ones had greater than 7/32nds of tread left on them, we simply wanted to replace those that were damaged and put both of those new tires on the front drive wheels. After giving these explicit and detailed instructions, IN PERSON, and verifying that the service writer properly noted what we needed from them, my mother-in-law left her car for the service. They couldn't handle this level of sophistication in service request. Not only did they not place the new tires on the front drive wheels as requested, but more incredibly they didn't replace the previously damaged front driver's side tire. It is unbridled incompetence and apathy like this that has led me to take care of her vehicle and all of it's service/repairs myself, but I like you don't own a tire mounting machine, and thus we required the very most basic of services from a tire shop. DO NOT COME HERE. GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER OF THE HUNDREDS OF TIRE SHOPS IN THE DENVER-METRO AREA.
