After being in a hit and run, my back bumper of my car was in serious need of repair. I emailed Northglenn to set up an estimate and they emailed back within 24 hours. They worked directly with my insurance agency and were quick to schedule me in for repairs. Brian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained things and always gave me straightforward answers. They had my car back to me good as new exactly when promised. They do excellent work and I would go back to them if I ever needed anything else regarding my car. Great customer service!

Drooped off car with no electrical issues. Debt was fixed and our car came back with no working headlight, an error on the dash and door clips broken. Was told that the electrical issues were there when i brought in the car. They were not. We found a hat in our engine when we were looking at the headlight from a tech that apparently didn't know he lost it. The auxiliary was not connected correctly after the repair. Took the car to another kaizen location, which fixed the door clips and dash error code but the light is still not working. Now, apparently, it's down to us to get it fixed by the dealership . I asked why we were not told of the aparet electrical issues when i brought the car in.. couldn't answer or was told we can't tell everyone what's wrong with their car. Complete bs. The repair was done well, but I won't use this place again until their techs can learn how to not screw up a cars electrical system and then make it our fault.

Northglenn Auto Body did a great job restoring our car to its original condition. Their email and text updates were great to see the progress they were making and the car was ready 2 days ahead of schedule. We had a problem after we got the car back but Brian took care of it right away. We are very satisfied with the work they did, we recommend his body shop and will use it in the future.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. First they give me a pick up date 4 weeks in of my car being there with no estimate. I show up that day and my car is taken apart, that's when I found out they haven't sent out the estimate and told me my car might be totalled. I contacted my insurance and they said it's not the repair place to make that call and they need to provide an estimate. We'll that day I got that estimate and they said my car would be ready about a month later. Mind you I signed the paperwork on 10/1 told me my car would be ready 10/29 (when finally actually got the estimate for them to actually start) then they changed it to 11/4 then again to 11/29 then 12/6 then 12/19. Also on 12/2 when they said it was getting pushed back to the 12/19 I asked them that day and the following day why, I didn't hear back until 12/10 that the technician working on my car left. I was told on 12/27 that my car should be ready that it was getting an alignment and cleaned. I went to get my car and they said the calibration failed and they are waiting for the person they use to fix it and won't be back until 12/30. I have been the one calling and asking for more updates since my last scheduled pick up date of 12/19 with no contact from them reaching out to me. 12/30 I called them late morning almost 12pm and told me the company they use everyone is out with the flu and trying to find someone else and my car should be ready 12/31 mind you i had to call at 430pm to get that update. From 12/19 to now I have also been told that the frame bar didn't fit so thay extended the time, then the headlight didn't fit... my car has been there for 3 months and still nothing. Update: it was ready 1/2/2025 but I couldn't pick it up until 1/3/2025

The team at this location rocks. They are one of my insurance’s preferred vendors and I can see why. They kept me updated every step of the way and the one minor issue I had was easily resolved the very next day. Joey is excellent and makes sure you leave happy. Seems like people that have left negative reviews don’t seem to understand how busy hail season is for a body shop and that some body shops only work with certain insurances. I’m bringing my car back for another separate incident in a week and I know Kaizen will give me an honest estimate and do the best job on my repair if my insurance opts to move forward.

Who wants to go to a Autobody repair place? Simple, no one! However if your vehicle needs work the folks at Kaizen West in Northglenn were great to deal with. They delivered my vehicle back on time and did great work and my truck was all washed up and ready to go. Highly recommend using them when you need to have some bodywork done.

Terrible service. Expect to leave your car with these guys for over three weeks with no progress. When you try to call for an update, the call goes straight to voicemail. The “contact” number they send you in the work order dials out to some offsite office whose receptionist puts you on hold while THEY call the shop and check on the status. It’s designed to keep you from having contact with the shop itself. When I dropped my car off here the lot was filled with pending jobs. Snail’s pace with NO updates except for the occasional automated text message telling you they’ll have your vehicle for another week.

My experience at this location has been horrible since October they had my car in to make a repair on 2 doors the communication is horrible I received my car back in December after excuses that parts were not sent right multiple times finally when I picked up my car there were multiple issues my vehicle was full of over spray inside the cabin they forgot to order my emblems my door sensors don't work till this day I am still waiting for a call to bring my car back to have the issues that they forgot to do after they told me personally that they were ordering my emblems I was there in person when supposedly they ordered them for me they promised to take care of the problems they forgot to do on my car this is not what I expected from this place after reading other reviews definitely not what I expected..

The side panel was damaged in October. Still have not received the car in January. Then they lied to the insurance company. We should've looked around first. Would not recommend. Unless you don't need your car for months, want horrible communication and want to be lied to and about. Update It's now February of 2025. We still have not received our car after multiple updates that the car is ready. We're really not sure what's going on with these guys.

Overall, I would recommend. My experience related to an insurance claim, so payment and the whole process was a little different. First, I stopped in and wasn't able to make an appointment as the insurance company needed to verify. Once that was completed, I returned. Nick was very efficient and quickly determined the estimated price and set up the next appointment to get the car in for repairs. Repair time was set for about two weeks and a link was sent that showed where in the process the repair was at. I loved having this, but, unfortunately, it was not updated. However, I did receive calls and texts about where we were at in the process. The procedure ended up taking about a week longer than expected. However, an update was given and I was able pick up the car a few days before the updated expected completed date. The work completed looked great! In addition, the car was cleaned and looked better than it had in months! Customer service was good, timliness was a little slow and the product was wonderful. Would definitely use again...

I want to begin by expressing my appreciation for the friendly service and the updates I received regarding my car’s repair. However I am faced with a larger issue when I picked up my car. After receiving my car back approximately a month and a half later, I encountered a problem where the car wouldn’t start. The team was kind enough to assist with jump-starting the battery, but shortly thereafter, the check engine light came on while I was still on their premises. While I understand it was my decision to leave the lot, I was assured that any issues would be addressed promptly. The staff initially diagnosed the problem as a battery malfunction, so I reached out to AAA, where I purchased the battery less than two years ago. They confirmed that the battery is fine and that the issue lies with the alternator. When I called on Monday morning to follow up, I unfortunately felt as though I was not being treated with the care I had come to expect, and I was given the impression that my concerns were not being fully addressed. While I’m pleased with how my car looks, I find myself in a more difficult position than when I initially brought it in for service at Kaizen in Northglenn, as the car is currently not drivable. I’d truly wish I could leave a better review but this is our current situation.

A truck had left lug nut scratches on the driver's side door of my 2015 Honda Civic (see photo). A friend at work referred me me to Northglenn Auto Body. The guys at Northglenn were very easy to work with. The repair was done within the time frame and within the estimate. I am impressed by the quality of the repair. It really looks good. Plus my car was returned washed, vacuumed, and the interior had been wiped clean. Very appreciative of their professionalism. I will use Northglenn Auto Body again and would recommend them to all my friends.

This place came highly recommended by a neighbor after I got into an accident. After the initial quote everything seemed fine until I got the car back. The accident had taken out my whole front bumper and some internal damage. When I got the car back the car looked half finished with an aftermarket bumper that didn’t look finished. Open holes where lights were supposed to be and different shade than the rest of the car. I asked to get that replaced they said,”ok but it’ll be a wait.” I’m fine with that. Months later still no call. I call agsin and agsin asking if I’m even on the schedule or order list for this…no one knows anything and I keep getting the,”well call you when it’s in” but I’m never put on an order list. Then I keep getting parts falling off on the highway and all of my warning lights turn on. I call them agsin, they said they will fix it but waiting on parts. Months go by again. Parts keep falling off. I’m surprised I didn’t cause another accident in the highway from my car falling apart because of the crappy repair job. I finally call pissed off snd demanded some finality and they said they would pay for it if I just took it to the dealer. Dealer was shocked how messed up it was but fixed it and sent the bill to kaizen. Glad they finally paid for the repairs but they should have told me that to begin with instead of insisting they could fix something that was too over their head not to mention me having ti be on it. Being in an accident is stressful enough, you don’t need the added stress from having to constantly check in with if your car can be fix because there’s no trust built there. If you want a cheap quote go here. If you want your car done right, go somewhere else.

I've brought my car here twice now. With it being a newer car bought in 2024 and a 2024 model it was difficult for them the first time with all the new things they had to order. Even the second time with a different part of the car being hit it was difficult for them to know exactly everything that was needed but got the car back to me in a very reasonable amount of time despite this. They are very communicative which I appreciate rather than being held in suspense or anguish or not knowing anything about how your car is doing and what is happening in the process of fixing it. Otherwise the car looked like new and drove as well as it did prior to the accident each time.
