I wish I could give 20 stars…Amazing! They fixed my car when someone dented the rear quarter panel and the job was so amazing. Then I got hit in the exact same spot and this person’s insurance wanted me to take the car to Caliber. Literally the exact same damage, maybe less damage this time. Caliber said my car was totaled and I couldn’t get the car back… they held up the title. When my son’s girlfriend wrapped his crown Vic around a tree I didn’t think it was fixable, but I knew better than to take it to Caliber…but these guys made it look like nothing ever happened. It’s like they do magic.

Took in my Cadillac after being side swiped. Reading reviews and seeing pictures I thought this would be a good shop to go to. But it’s not. Got the car back after it was supposed to be painted. But it was just buffed and there’s was and still has scratches in the paint. Originally the scratches were too deep to buff out but it was done anyways. Now I have super thin paint some parts have clear coat missing. (We call this burning the clear coat in the detailing world) There’s a huge chip in the paint on the inner lip of the fender. He tried making excuses on why they didn’t paint it and only buffed half of the damage away and ruined the clear coat in multiple spots. After he went back and buffed the car again and used basic white paint that was no ware near the same color with a paint brush! There is still bare metal showing. They didn’t even take the time to put in the splash guard in correctly and missing some tabs they didn’t put back on. I paid less than half and we agreed he would actually paint the car. But after this experience I will not be taking the car back or any of my vehicles I wanted worked on. They tried to take the easy route to save money on this repair to make a quick buck but they failed at that. “The paint won’t match if we re paint it” yah that’s why you fade it in. This company does lazy work I recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere and save the trouble. They may have been a good shop at one point. But not anymore. I am also a small business owner and I would be ashamed to put my name on this type of work. Yes he offered a refund but I’m not looking for free work I wanted it done right. he outsourced a PDR guy so I paid for that but definitely more than what that was worth. Added after response from maybe the owner: This post was called a lie but I have physical proof of the “work” that was done. The only lie here is you and your shop.
