I took my car to Caliber Collision based on the ratings I saw online. I've had to take my car back going on the third time now, the first time I got my car back my steering wheel had to be tilted to the right in order to drive straight. They said they had replaced the tide rods but whoever did didn't really look into what is actually wrong with my car. Bought new tires as that's what they recommended, my car has had to be aligned two times now, for some reason my car continues to go noticably unaligned My wheels in the front are tilted in and my car makes a screeching noise when I turn. Stephanie is the one who helped me out and she is often hard to get a hold of and/or takes very long to call back. My experience here hasn't been great and my car is still not fixed.

I had a wonderful experience with this Caliber Collision. On Feb 19th, 2020, my new Lexus was hit by a vehicle. After a month of exchanging with the insurance, it was finally time to bring my vehicle to a place to repair, first place I called was Abra/Caliber off of Grant St, who frankly and quite rudely said they definitely could not help with anything, and they're booked completely until April, earliest. Alright, I guess I'll contact a different Caliber Collision. I came into contact with Haley Katzler, she helped me with everything leading up to bringing my vehicle to Caliber, to during the vehicle repairs, to finally receiving my car. Everyone I interacted with at this facility was professional, and friendly. I received my car in a definite timely matter, and I can say that after the repair, the car looks brand new. I can whole heartedly recommend this Caliber Collision, and will definitely be bringing my vehicles here.

The experience for my parents was an absolute mess. First off they asked my parents to find the part for the car so they could repair it. Then they were given multiple dates thats the vehicle would be ready. When they went to go pick up the vehicle the day after christmas after having the car over a month no work was done to the vehicle. Avoid this place like the plague even if your insurance is the one the paying for the repairs. Seems as they expect there customers to do there job, no communication advising they couldn't complete the repair and kept the car longer than needed with no repairs being done. Highly recommend to take your services elsewhere where to avoid wasted time and money!

UPDATE: 7/24/2025 OUR FAMILY HIGHLY RECOMMENDS CALIBER COLLISON! I wonder if July just isn't our month! This was my husband's 2008 Honda Accord! Perfect car, had it forever. The insurance company wanted to total it out at first. Luckily we came to an agreement. I took it to CALIBER COLLISON for my own estimate! It came close to theirs and I explained that I have had the car since the beginning and knew every oil change and all the maintenance! I wanted a car comparable instead of a check. Impossible to find! So CALIBER COLLISON made it look like new, it was only cosmetic damage, bumper, mirror, hubcap, and a good buffing! But ZACK took great care of us. Communication is key and he did, every step of the way. Check out the pictures of the front end! This car has 157Kv miles on it and will probably go for another 100K! UPDATE: Update as of 7/2024 I have been trying to fix this review for almost a year! Please accept my apologies that it has taken so long. At the time of my review, I had no idea that Caliber Collison being kept in the dark by several unscrupulous agents at USAA Insurance. I could list the people's names, but they have been fired, so not necessary. Caliber Collison actually went above and beyond to get this car taken care of. I was rear-ended by a USAA customer. She was very nice and took full responsibility. However, USAA was NOT returning phone calls. They were not authorizing any estimates to be provided. I left 45 (FortyFive) messages for the customer service reps at USAA to call me back! Thank God the CALIBER COLLISON TEAM helped me. They contacted the rental company, which they didn't have to do. They were able to get an actual representative from USAA on the phone. Nothing would have gotten accomplished without CALIBER COLLISON. This accident happened on March 27th, 2023, we just got a check from USAA last month, and we are still waiting on the salvage title. My mother in law was in the car at the time of the accident, and she had since passed away. I want to thank CALIBER COLLISON for their professionalism and going way above and beyond! After an accident I looked around for a place that could work fast and do the job right and I was lucky to find this place! Bruce and Edgar got me in and out in 3-4 weeks got my truck fixed and back to me in great timing as I am pregnant and needed my truck asap! I got my WRX back yesterday, and not only does it look great, it looks better than expected. The inside & outside were cleaned & washed as well. Little things like that make the customer feel good about the work that was done and more appreciated, too! Plus, it makes it easy to inspect. The only thing crazier than the high quality of work done, was how fast it was completed. I expected 3 weeks, and got it back in 8 days!! (I dropped it off Thursday, and got it back the next Friday.) I hope everyone's experience is close to as good as mine. Though I don't think people should expect an 8 day turn around time -cause that was insane. Thanks, Caliber Collision 💥
