Called to get my small box truck repaired here as Iv been here before and was happy with the service. I was told on the phone I can come by at 2pm "appointment time" and get my vehicle serviced that day. I drove 250 miles from Lamar,CO just to get denied service at the front desk. The guy didn't even look at my vehicle and Iv told him that. Then he came out acting like he's looking at it to cover his behind. I was very frustrated and waited for a manager until they listened to the phone call between the appointment setter and I. I spoke to a manager "Mark" who basically told me I'm SOL. He told me the scheduler led me on followed by his excuses that they didn't know what type of vehicle I have and they don't have a lift even tho they had my vehicle on the lift when they did a transmission service. This was my 2nd time here and I had this place saved as my regular maintenance dealership in Denver,CO. I'm giving them 2 stars ONLY because they topped off my differential fluid. As I see it they're only good at leading people on. All I can say is this is highly unprofessional and I will be staying away from O'Meara Ford.

Dropped off my car last Monday (8 days ago) to have my sunroof looked at. Was informed today it won’t be covered by warranty and would be a hefty price. I decided against it and was informed it would be out together and ready at the end of the day. I showed up and the sunroof has pieces hanging from it, the ECU connection was exposed and hanging, and a new scratch on the rear by my break lights. They told me I have to come back tomorrow to have it put together since there’s no technicians still there. They don’t respect your time! Not only have I been without my car for 8 days, I now have to waste more time to come back and fix it properly. Don’t waste your time or money here. Very disappointing

I’ve come here 3 times in my truck that I bought from them last year. It’s resulted in one trip to the body shop and the techs clearly don’t care about their work. For almost $300 to change the oil, and air filters you’d think they could at least wipe up the oil drips. Eugene is a nice dude but the mechanics could care less. I’ll never come back here.

They do not want you bringing in your own parts. I like to use high grade Amsoil and K&N Filters, they did not want to use them because the were not Motocraft parts. This was a couple of years ago I'm not sure if this policy has changed or not.

Wow. I’ve never written a negative review before, but I feel compelled to do so. I purchased a 2023 F-150, Rocky Ridge edition (w/only 12k miles) just five days ago—still under factory warranty, plus I purchased an extended warranty. I’m new to this dealership, having been loyal to another for the past 11 years with multiple vehicles (5). Wanting to start a long-term relationship with O’Meara (we live near them, now), I scheduled an appointment to address what seemed like (after doing my own research) a weak battery issue: dome lights intermittently failing to illuminate, and the infotainment system shutting down quickly after turning off the ignition with a “preserving battery life” message. I likely needed the battery checked/replaced. Unfortunately, the experience was wild. When I arrived, I was abruptly told that my appointment was only to talk to a service manager—not to actually do work. Ahh, I had taken the full afternoon off work to be there. The service lead then said they would run a diagnostic for $185, and I'd be responsibly for repairs, so I informed him, just as an FYI, that the truck is under warranty. He then responded—confrontationally—that if they determine Rocky Ridge has anything to do with the minor electrical issue, it would NOT be covered. Rocky Ridge has nothing to do with dome lights, battery or the infotainment system, obviously. Additionally, both Ford and Rocky Ridge tout that the body/suspension upgrades don't void the mfg's warranty (just potential items related to the modifications). I asked what he recommended, and he told me I’d need to schedule a new time to "leave the truck with them for a week". Huh? I probably just need a new battery. When I mentioned I’d have to try to take it elsewhere, as I need the battery looked at and can't leave it for a week, he simply replied, “sounds good.” I backed it out of their garage. Oil changes, repairs, warranty items, tire rotations, etc (for 4 vehicles)...will go elsewhere. I'll drive to Brighton if needed.

Hate hate hate this place never felt so robbed before in my life ..... the fake repy on my bad review is just crap. Call me ASAP I want my money back this is a scheme and is not ok. If u really wanna make things right call me. ill continue to blow up on Google reviews. They Literally let us leave un financed then let us keep it around so the could charge us 50$ a day till they could take our 3000$ down payment. Nasty nasty place don't give them ur business!!!! They even let us take.a.pic like it was ours im.so embarrassed about all of this.

Although my visit was initially just for basic maintenance, Nicholas went above and beyond by ensuring a thorough inspection was completed on my vehicle. Thanks to the detailed evaluation, I was informed that I will need to replace all four tires in the near future. I truly appreciate the transparency and proactive communication, as it allows me to plan accordingly. I will definitely be returning for that service. Nicholas maintained a professional, courteous attitude throughout the entire process, and the technicians appeared attentive and ready to assist. The shop seems efficient and accommodating, even accepting walk-ins, including last-minute visits.
