He's also a very versatile mechanic at that because he also builds hot rods with expertise!!! Joe is extremely competent, honest, and prices everything reasonably and transparently. He is the absolute opposite of every awful dealership experience I’ve ever had (lookin’ at you, Larry Miller Ford.. terrible!). Joe has come through on routine vehicle service items, as well as unforeseen emergencies, and has removed the dread I used to feel when I needed to take my truck to the shop. Can’t recommend him enough, I’ll never visit the dealer again.

I was referred to Joseph at Zero Flat through Smooth Ride. I was in a big bind with my vehicle breaking down and Joseph was able to get me seen, in and out the door, within an hour. Not only are the guys there super friendly, but Joseph does a great job educating the customer on the ins and outs of mechanical issues. He is super quick to respond to any messages or concerns I have about my car’s maintenance! New to the area and feeling grateful to find a mechanic as hospitable, knowledgeable and friendly as the guys at Joseph’s shop. 10/10 recommend!

I took my 2013 GMC Yukon XL SLT to Zero Flat LLC because the lifters needed to be replaced. Joe had to take apart the engine. He did the work in a timely manner and communicated with me and my insurance very well. All the paperwork was straight forward. I appreciate the work you did. My GMC is running great!!
